Eternal Darkness was published by Nintendo. I don't believe they will allow it to be published in other platforms.
Actually, I ask only for online playing and more golf courses. Although some more control in baseball wouldn't be bad.
I guess the XBox will keep the lead in NA and the tail in Japan. However, the question is how much the ps3 will grow. I say it will be close to Xbox in NA and surpass it in Europe. Probably, the best result for Sony would be a tie between the two consoles.
Something to fill your time while you wait for Mario Tennis, which, I hope, will follow Mario Strikers Charged in regard to online gaming.
I am glad to the fact Spielberg designed a game, not a movie disguised as a game. Concerning the article, I guess the editor was drunk at the time he allowed it to be published.
Although I never played Super Swing Golf, I also have a feeling that We Love Golf will be a better game.
I would never suspect a title called Yakuza included some sort of racing game to compete with Mario Kart. They are very different to have much impact in sales due to competition.
I don't understand why is anybody surprised. Sony lowered the price of their console and then we got a sales peak. What's surprising? Oh, the sales weren't sustainable? Perhaps that is because the product is not that attractive to the consumers. The fact is that Nintendo is focusing in the mainstream market whereas Sony and Microsoft focus in the niche market of hardcore gamers. Is there any doubt which one is larger?
I see no reason why I would left my Wii and spend money in a XBox. The current Wii games line is pretty much satisfactory to my needs, except for racing games. I guess Microsoft is becoming desperate for their shrinking market share.
It is kind of interesting, but asking US$49.99 seems a little bit too much. They will have to show more content to justify me such a high price.
At least someone with good sense. It is a wild speculation and I quite surprised it generated so many commentaries. Although I don't believe MGS4 will be ported to the Wii, I am sure Kojima will make a MGS for the Wii sometime in the future.
Considering that I originally planned to buy a PS3 or a 360 but then choose to buy a Wii, I think they are too optimistic. Curiously, some of my friends who never had any interest in videogames brought a Wii after playing with it at my place. They -- and that includes some women -- think the Wii is cool, whereas the 360 and PS3 are just the old boring gaming machines for young males with plenty of time to kill. I don't believe many casual players will move to their band. The 360 is not the ki...
If this guy was looking for his fifteen minutes of fame, he got it. His argument makes no sense at all as SMMB is probably the one of the few fighting games that can actually attract some casual players. I can only hope, for his own good, that he is a better developer than a game market analyst.
Does anybody ever looked back at Surfer Girl's predictions to evaluate how accurate they are?
Anyway, even not understanding a single word in Japanese, this commercial is very funny.
Oh BTW, Intrepid is right. Wii Fit sold a million copies in Japan and will sell millions more around the world.
I don't think Endless Ocean should be reviewed as a game. As such, I am more interested in hearing the opinion of non-gaming magazines and sites.
Weak story and characters? It seems that the reviewer never noticed that Zack & Wiki is a puzzle not an adventure game.
Every single week someone made the mistake of saying that Wii sales will begin to decline. Obviously, one day they will got it right, but I don't think it will be as soon as these guys believe. I guess the Wii will take the same road as the DS and become a mainstream device. Most people will have a lot of fun with a few games, the hardcore crowd will complaint about the lack of good games from publishers other than Nintendo, and old fashioned game journalists will keep not understanding why i...
I doubt ps3 failure rate is as high as 1% after one year of use. Sony is a veteran in the consumer electronics market, where the failure rate is much lower than that.
Yes, Microsoft's 1-3% failures goal was already enormous for a product such as the Xbox. The real failure rate was nothing but a disrespect for their customers.
Finally, it took a long time to get this ready. Hopefully it will be worth of waiting for.
