You didn't get that setup for 600bucks..so, in some ways you've been beat.
Besides this isn't about your rig, or mine.. or anyone else s. It's what you can buy for relatively cheap(in pc gaming terms) and still play current gen games pretty well at high settings.
If you like puzzle games, check this one out. I've had CM:2 for a year or so now. Pretty fun at times.
Damn good build, with one catch people shouldn't overlook.
No display, keyboard or mouse. And no speakers. So you will want to add about $150-$200 for a decent kb/mouse and speakers with a pretty nice monitor(23" Widescreen 1080p). A lot of displays come with speakers these days, but the quality is so bad you'll want to spend 20 extra bucks on a decent 2.1 setup.

Complete BS. If you don't want butt sex with Anders, just don't select the <3 choices in conversations. I went through the game and just used humor and "nice" choices with him. Mixed with occasional positive and negative decisions in the story, I was able to keep him as an ally and never get my butt plugged.
Agreed jim2. At least in America our internet structure is complete crap. Not to mention the consoles need to upgrade their storage. PS3 is on the right track. Not so much with the Xbox. The Wii is sort of on the right path, problem is I haven't seen any 100+gb SD cards.
Maybe a console gen or two in the future they will be fast enough to not have ridiculously long install times, and boast a large enough HD(or give the option to upgrade to one) that won't be full afte...

The game will be fine, people. The problem Crytek faces(at least with the PC market) is that people expect something over-the-top. Crysis when it came out, and still to this day blows just about every other game out of the water visually. When you create a game that's so popular, the expectations for a sequel are so high it's hard to develop a game that can hold up to the original.

My thoughts too. I want to go ahead and step up to eyefinity. Plus if AMD is able to keep the wattage required lower than nVidia, I'll be sold. Even if the 590s are a little more powerful. Otherwise I maybe going back to nVidia soon on my main rig.
I plan on buying two cards soon, either the 590 or the 6990. Can't wait to see benchies in the coming weeks.
Can't wait for Tera to launch. The combat system is looking so good.

I guess as long as you have fun and can get things done you're doing it right. But it won't take long for someone to find that one spec/setup for each class that will beat the pants off of the other specs.
Hopefully this and Tera will keep me busy for a long time.

Pretty good game. Should do well in sales. Hopefully this one lasts a long time. The class system is probably the best part imo. Being able to damn near build your class the way you want it, is nice.
Agreed, what I wonder though is what causes rapes before video games? I mean, did rapists suddenly get bored for a decade or two then one day they decide to go "Pong that person"?
