MS was almost giving xones away in November. A $500 console dropped down to under $289.99 in 12 months, as it came with at least one $60 game and in many cases two or a $50 gift card, free Live, controllers, etc. Xone was almost priced as low as last gen consoles, for it not to have won November would have been an utter disaster for xbox division.
The question is how long are these amazing prices and free game/trade in/store credit deals going to last. Moreover, how would any...

Sure, if you have no interest in 99% of 3rd party games....which incidentally tend to comprise 99% of the best games each year.
If gaming sites get into the habit of re-reviewing games they're going to need to knock points off most online games a year after release.
Titanfall, at least on PC, would need to be dropped down to a 3/10 as there's no one playing. Even the xone version is down to only about 5000 players only 9 months after release. Killzone would need to lose points because the online community is dead and MCC would also need to be docked a point or two given the continued issues....
I'd love to see the reviews of the Plus edition. I see all these indie games getting 8s and 9 because they're priced lower, Velocity 2X comes to mind... With all the improvements to DC in last the few months combined with it's arguably free price, I wonder if gaming sites will give it a higher score than the original release.
Anyways, I expect the Plus edition to release a few months before DriveClub 2. Sony doesn't want to jeopardize a single sale of the ...
Most people that play the game really like it but I don't think game companies deserve a second chance at reviews when they release a broken game.
If they wanted higher scores they should release a game that works day 1, or at least fix any problems within the first week. Although, devs they should be rewarded for fixing the game as well, so sites should inform people when a game's issues have been resolved without changing the initial score.
I hope this results in higher quality assets elsewhere.
I don't think the author understands what flimsy means.
So long as they keep it at $350 with a new AAA game and a second older but highly regarded game they possibly could. Xone is pretty much under $289.99 at the moment if you takes the games into account.
But xbox division would lose a lot of money doing so, and they'd need to change the bundle every two months of so
So many useless articles. No one knows what the actual sales numbers were. Everyone is just talking out of their A
It was an awesome game. It was slow for a tad too long but it really picked up. I loved it.
Basing an entire game on that art style is a mistake, and another arena shooter, really? The market is so over saturated with shooters, there's not much room for games like this. It may be good but it will probably flop.
What's more important is being able to hide your online status. I have some nosey friends and with that PSN app I can never game privately.
When I'm playing a single player game I don't always want my friends inviting me to party chat or to play online with them. It's kind of annoying plus I feel bad saying no, much rather they never knew I was online in the first place.
A shame too, most people that bought the game think it has excellent racing gameplay.
...but where tf is the Plus version?
They look terrible to me but to each his/her own.
The gameplay looked amazing to me. And if you want to see how much better graphics are now go play a PS3/360 game then go back to your xone/PS4, then you'll appreciate how much better games actually look on these consoles.
They should fix broken Mage passive abilities like stormbringer. I wasted a point on that and haven't seen one bolt of lightning from it, let alone one every 15 seconds.
So long as it's at least a solid 30 FPS they should have no problems. If it's going to be variable give a lock option.
@ mikeslemonade
I said spend their gaming budgets on making NEW games, not on games already in development or planned for development that would have released on the console anyways.
But you admit my point anyways... What difference does it make to the gamer if 9 of the 10 best games of the year are picked from 100 3rd party titles. Either way Wii U is missing out and other console owners can play 9 out of 10 of the best games.
The only facile argument is yours.
