It looks like this game has the better RPG elements and Destiny has the better shooter gameplay elements.

I put a lot of time into Destiny but the grind became boring because of the lack of content and gameplay aside from shooting. I did, however, grind for so long because the shooting was so satisfying.

I'm very interested in the Division but if the gameplay can't hold up, I can't see it holding my attention for long.

Also, I...

I can only answer that knowing the manufacturing costs, including packaging and transport.

What's the markup?

F'ing love this series. Deus HR was one of my favourite games last gen. I don't care if lights are static or dynamic, I trust it will look great and be a highly enjoyable experience.

Dead Space 3 wasn't a horror game, it was an OK action game with monsters.

See Alien Isolation for some real scares.

I bought a PS4 mostly for the better looking 3rd party games, which comprises 99% of the best games. But when it comes to exclusives, Sony has historically provided more and more quality 1st and 2nd party imo. And it seems that has continued this gen. Even smaller titles like Until Dawn interest me more than most of what xbox has to offer. But maybe because I've played those series for almost two gens.

I do love Halo however. Fingers crossed it will come to PC.

So the general impression is that the game is good but a graphics downgrade would make that not true.

The graphics look good, more important is that is runs smoothly, and most important is that the game is enjoyable.

Lol Bubble for funny.

The majority of PC sales are digital. Not including them makes the numbers highly inaccurate. Especially considering that PC gaming bring in more revenue than consoles.

No Witcher 3 is a disappointment.

No Halo is a surprise.

If the latest Assassin's Creed is anything to go by, Ubisoft isn't too bad with microtransactions anymore. It's really just paying to get things faster, not make getting everything a grind without paying.

There are a lot of things that Origin actually does right.

I really hope Sony does something innovative with the controllers. That's equally or more important than the quality of the headset.

All new tech needs new ways to properly interact with it to be successful.

Really hope it gets VR support.

I hope so, it really is the biggest advancement in gaming since 3D polygon graphics.

I really hope major devs get on board.

Every old experience would be new again.

Make a Rift and Vive version.

Remember how fun it was to do an eagle dive off a tall building in the first 2 games, then it meant nothing in subsequent ones because the feeling taking in the city and jumping from so high was lost.

Imagine feeling like your 40 stories up on the ledge of a church and actually experiencing a bit of vertigo because you can look down and fully perceive the depth of how high in the air you are, because your brain is tricked into f...

It's only a gimmick when it doesn't work as advertised.

The majority of motion controls were in some part a gimmick because they all required some form of compromise over the previous type of controls.

VR is the real thing. It tricks the brain into feeling that your not looking at the screen, like regular TVs, or looking into a screen like regular 3DTVs, it makes you feel like you're actually in the screen, in the game.

People can...

The third and fourth year are often the best years from 3rd parties in a console gen. They know the hardware so graphics reach their max before significant performance compromises are made and it's when we finally start seeing real advances in genres and gameplay, instead of prettier last gen games with gameplay refinements.

Xbox blew it's chances in the 360 gen. They had the console market in their pocket and the best games. Then they screwed early adopters with RROD then horrible RROD polices (giving us horrible refurb after refurb instead of biting the cost of a new console although all those purolator charges and additional live support employees to deal with the 3rd or 4rth call to support probably cost more), horrible anti-consumer xbox Live policies and then the coup de gras, Kinect focus over core fo...
