I certainly hope so, it would be a shame if gaming was the only for of entertainment without it. I already feel gaming is lacking in sexualization compared to movies and tv.

Prices don't seem to come close to the exchange rate.
People that want to game on PC would be doing it or planning for it already. Exclusives may make people choose one console over another but certainly do not decide whether one games on PC or console.
Releasing all MS published games on MS published platforms is amazing. More games sold, more people able to play, and potentially, if cross-play works, more gamers connected online.

Just befor Wii U's launch I was starving for a console with better graphics. My PS3 and 360 games were running at 20 FPS with aliasing everywhere. Game performance and graphics got so bad I was losing my interest in gaming. I was very excited for Wii U and hoping it would have some next gen graphics, then I found out it was comparable to 8 year old console graphics and Nintendo consoles died forever in my mind.
Can't wait for 3rd party Nintendo games.

I think it really damaged the games brand and long term popularity. Not saying that it won't sell, but it could have been a much bigger series. At the time there weren't' a lot of games on the new consoles. Titanfall had so much hype and an opportunity to become COD competitor but attracted more hate from PS4 fans than anything.
It's not going to be able to attract that amount of hype and starving audience again.
No mainstream audience is going to accept those tank controls.
Best thing for Square to do is remake the old ones with new graphics and keep the current series going.
Both of the last Tomb Raider's were amazing games. I can't wait for the next one. Some of the best PC games I've purchased.
Vive at least comes with VR controllers. Taking that into account, it's not much more than Rift.

I will do my best to convince my console friends to switch from PS4 to Scorpio next time around. My only complaint about PC gaming is that most of my friends play on console. If I could game with them things would be perfect.

Any damage done is far less than the damage of 2-3 year long game droughts that happens at the end of every old gen an the beginning of every new. By 2013 I was ready to quit gaming. Nothing was exciting at all. Then for 2013 and 2014 there wasn't much to play.
It literally turned me into a PC gamer after a 20 year hiatus and now, I'm never going back to consoles.
Definitely in my top two of my most anticipated games. Looks like it will be time to dust off the old PS4 soon.

I have to agree that Reach was the best SP experience and my favourite Halo. If MS included that in The MCC, I'd probably have an xb1 now.
