Being the good person that I am I thought I would pass along some advice for the PS3 fanboys. When you are done with the hate letters and petitions save them on your PC's HDD so you just have to load them up and change the name of the game and developer when the next Sony exclusive is fumbled away.

I mean it wasn't Microsoft that built a machine that developers hate developing for. It wasn't Microsoft that pushed the Blu Ray agenda on gamers totally forgetting to listen to developers like MS did with the 360. It wasn't Microsoft that placed Blu Ray over gaming. It wasn't Microsoft that fumbled away overwhelming marketshare from the previous generation with a poorly designed console that ended up being way too expensive.

For those reading this story a bit late I have summarized the PS3 fanboy's comments in regards to yet another lost Sony exclusive so you don't have to go through and read all the crying.

Many of you might not know this, but Microsoft is spending milli..no BILLIONS of dollars to bring in additional content like movies, or probably more important, games and/or game content to the 360 platform you purchased. What is even worse about this whole mess is the fact that some of this additional content was never available, because of exclusivity agreements that were put in place years ago. Some even before Microsoft was in the game console business.

Yeah it isn't impressive at all that the 360, with all its well documented hardware issues is outselling PS3 more than 2:1. Last generation's overwhelming market share leader, even with far more reliable hardware, is being doubled in sales. What does that say about the PS3? People are more willing to risk failing hardware to get access to the 360's software. Yeah, that's not impressive at all.
Look at Kotaku's own motto and you see the word "gossip" there. "Gaming gossip" is a very much a part of blogging, and without it the gaming news sites would all be the same plain redundant crap. In this particular situation Kotaku printed this story, but made it blantantly clear that this was an UNCONFIRMED RUMOR. Sony had DOMINANT CONTROL of the console market last generation and have managed to fumble away huge %s of marketshare. When you consider that, along with the fact that the 360 has notable reliability issues how is Sony not destroying the 360? Its simple.... People would rather deal with the 360's hardware issues as oppossed to buying a much more reliable PS3, because the bottomline is when the 360 works it blows away the mediocre PS3 experience.
N4G has got to be the worst place to go if you want, you know, news that is actually true. Truth being Ghostbusters game wasn't canned, and WON'T EVER BE CANNED. Activision just isn't going to publish it. I can't believe the % of false info that is shared here. Credibility is going down and will continue to only go down until someone with actual experience in journalism is brought in.

XNA is a chance for actual gamers to share their ideas. We know the Final Fantasy XIII 360 announcement caused a lot of PS3 fanboy tears, but you just need to suck it up and move on. Microsoft was phenomenal right off the bat, you cannot deny that. If you surf around the other sites they too have polls going and all of them are overwhelmingly pointing towards MS being the best. In previous years you would see these polls going back and forth showing there really wasn't a clear cut winner. Few months ago I would have said "HA HA Enjoy playing Final Fantasy on 5 disks XBOTS!". Then MGS4 happened. Don't get me wrong, MGS4 is definately in my top 5 games of all time list, but MGS4 also made me realize that getting to play on ONE Blu Ray disk as opposed to 4 or 5 regular dvds isn't much of an advantage at all when you have to compensate for Blu Rays shortcomings with large installs prior to playing and 3 to 5 minute installs prior to each act.
