As embarrassing as this is for Microsoft, and is BIG TIME. The fact that Sony is getting hammered by this product coming off last generation when they completely dominated the industry is more telling of Sony's failures with the PS3 this generation.

IF people are rebuying 360s and paying for them time and time again like you are suggesting they do, doesn't that make it even worse for the PS3.

Although Too Human, which I own, is actually a lot of fun to play it just didn't turn out the way most had hoped.
Resistance 2 on the other hand, which I also own, defines mediocrity. The campaign being that bad is inexcusable. The OMG 64 player multiplayer is not nearly as good as it sounds, because NO ONE uses a mic, meaning no one works as a team. The other parts of the online MP are decent, but if you own a 360 with your PS3 you will get that "been there done that...

Is because Sony sold signicantly less units in NOV 08 compared to NOV 07. The PS3 is the only 1 of the 3 that saw a decrease in sales in NOV/DEC 08 compared to the same time period in 07. The criticism they received was more than warranted, especially considering Sony's dominance from last gen.
SONY and their sheep proclaimed 2008 "The Year of the PS3". Which is just another case of hyping something up, underdelivering and then start crying when people call you out.
Live has exploded into what is easiest the biggest and best online community and they are making tons of money on software.
