Wow it looked much better in low resolution window and in motion. These screenshots definitely show the problem with the Unreal Engine. NO ANTI-ALIASING. Man there's jaggies everywhere! However OVERALL it does have the SE style and looks pretty good.

I'd actually like to see more of the story on "The Boss" and her missions with Naked Snake. Theoretically, The Boss is what started it all with Snake's legacy.

Software sales are very important for the game developers.
Hardware sales are important for the company.
In a way, you need both to succeed.
Think of it this way, sell 10 million hardware and 100 million software, or sell 100 million hardware and 10 million software. Either situation is NOT good. So you need both.
One thing I've learned from "analysts" is that they don't know how to analyze anything. They just make stupid predictions that can go two ways. Either they're right and the numbers are close to they're predictions. Or they're completely off and they make an excuse like "the market predictions were different at the time" and then continue to make other predictions.

None if it was ever said to be exclusive. But there are big chances it will be 360 timed exclusive.
I know where EDGE stands. And it's only behind the 360.
Highly doubt it's going to be re-made with MGS4 graphics. I'm pretty sure they devoted they're time into making MGS4. And even being re-made with MGS4 graphics, it would have to be on a blu-ray disc.
It's not necessarily that people in Japan don't buy RPG's. They just don't buy 360's, thus not buying the games on the 360.
Any of those RPGS will have much better success here in the states.
Keep note it's also coming out on PS3 later. But yes the 360's RPG line up just gets better and better. I'm definitely looking foward to this one.

Those look to be pretty good RPG's though. Just bring em here to the states where people will actually buy it. I'm lookin at all three.

Personally I think it's a good idea for people to enjoy such an awesome game back from the Playstation 1 days. Keep in mind MGS2 was also ported to the original Xbox. So MGS1 going to the 360 isn't all that ridiculous. However it's going to be interesting because if any Xbox owners really do enjoy MGS1, if they're willing to buy a PS3 to play MGS4.

Which you are right, it's pointless. It's just a friggin format. The only ones I can see that continue to hate it is the ones that don't have a blu-ray player, PS3 or standalone. Usually hardcore 360 fans that hate Sony thus hating blu-ray for no reason.
lol come on that's a low blow. But the funny thing is you might be right. Big RPGs always ended up to be multi discs for the 360. Specifically Lost Odyssey and Blue Dragon.
