I think some of the recent reviews stated about a 50/50 split between cutscenes and gameplay. And if you don't like it. Then don't buy it. Simple.

Keep in mind that those are just "Supported" Resolutions. And I think MGO was claimed to be 1024x768 2xAA.
The game could be 480p for all I care.
But there are good chances that the game will be in 1024x768 native resolution. At least that's what Quaz51 is predicting.

As this is something new, it's going to take time to mature before people actually find it worth $2.99. Maybe even give some exclusive gameplay content or something. Technically sony can go many ways with this service.

I don't think Halo is overrated. I think Halo 3 is. Halo 1 actually introduced a successful FPS with a controller and should be commended for that. But Halo 3? No excuses.
