Actually they state that they look for websites that has a certain amount of reviews before they're considered. Plus the reputation of that website. If they just put any random website, then theoretically a person could make 100 different websites with different names to review the same game and give it a 10/10. Then the system would be very flawed.

Yes the motorbike section was freakin amazing. Actually the graphics in that Act was just overall very impressive. The sheer detail on those helicopters blew my mind, and knowing it all ran in real-time. Plus with all those U.S. soldiers all running around at the same time.

That's the thing about KP. They always make their own engines for the MGS series. Given of course they have the financial assets to do so.
But I agree, the engine is pretty unique and definitely looks much more cleaner and realistic than the Unreal Engine.
Everything with the Unreal Engine just looks shiny, giving the illusion of "better graphics" to most people.
You're missing the point. The point is there are certain things that cant be ignored about the game. Even if they find the story "boring," it doesn't change the fact of it's production values and ambitious gameplay. Where else can you choose to sneak or go all out guns blazing? Where else will you find cutscenes that goes toe to toe with big action movies like transformers?

PSP = $169.99
iPhone = $199.99 with 2/year contract
No brainer people. This comes down to "if you want a games machine, then buy a games machine."
It still doesn't hide the fact that people with big hands cant play a single game on the Iphone even if it has the virtual buttons. Secondly, people already complain about the small size of the PSP-slim, let alone the i-Phone which is half the size of a PSP.
Perhaps a big add-on with buttons that hooks up to the iPhone. But then again, if people go to that length to try and play a portable gaming system, they might as well just buy a DS or PSP.

No, you give it a rest. The more people complain about great games like MGS4, the more crappy games like the Wii will come out. Or half-@ssed "big hitters" like Halo 3.
It's fine if people don't like MGS4. But it's another thing to completely ignore the production values and expanisve story put into the game. A game that truely sets itself apart from the others.

Spot on! With something so successful like MGS4, I think it's natural for people to do the whole attitude of
"OHhhHH look at meeeee. I'm anti-mainstream so i'll hate MGS4 because everyone else likes it. I'm also the same kid in high school who wears black lip stick and hates everyone else because they're normal."
