I did enjoy NG2's fighting mechanics though. It was pretty satisfying chopping off limb by limb with the Scythe.
However, they really need to just make the story have more substance.

I actually notice a trend on N4G. When a 360 fan posts about how the numbers are so great and beyond the PS3. A PS3 fan posts about the "16 month lead" and then after that, pure silence.

Microsoft does have a lot of money, but it's not like they're only in one division. Microsoft Games Division is most likely allotted a certain amount of budget just like any other division. If they're given $5 billion dollars, they aren't going to just drop all $5 billion.
Needless to say though, they still have much much more money than Sony. Only Microsoft is able to drop $50 million on DLC without taking a hit.

Well UT3 is going to the 360. Will it be better? Who knows. All I know is why would anybody want to plunk down $65 for this game when Gears 2 is just on the Horizon.

To me, they can make as many peripherals as they want. Just as long as they continue to support the Hardcore game's market and give us our Gears of Wars, Fables, Metal Gear Solids, Final Fantasies etc. etc.
