Well it's not just the RAM thing, the PC demo was running on a GTX 680. The fastest single gpu from Nvidia for the past year (except now the overpriced Titan)
So I am not surprised the PC version will look better.
With that said, the PS4 demo still looked fantastic. I'm surprised to even say an Unreal Engine looks that good, mostly because of how UE3 was getting tired in the legs.
