PC has the biggest install base, with the most low amount of sales. With exceptions of World of Warcraft, and perhaps the upcoming Starcraft II. But if you look at all other games in general, it sells 1/50th of the console counterparts. Whether it's 360 or PS3. The only good selling PC games are the ones that truely stand apart from consoles, that are MEANT to be played on the PC. Like counterstrike, again WoW, Starcraft, and even the Sims.

I would say the "special" upcoming games would be GTA IV, MGS4, maybe even Gears 2 (hopefully it's not just a engine update with the same old stuff), and Little Big Planet. Oh LBP, that one looks to be fun for anyone which we all know casuals are ruling the purchases.

COD4 was only able to achieve those visuals at 600p native resolution. Gears was actually at least true 720p with very detailed environments and character models. yeah the dust cans should work just fine, the only catch is that you cant really get in the nooks and crannies. however i've been doing it since launch with no issues, and the PS3 does collect dust like a mofo.
They did it with Ratchet & Clank @60fps with tons of polygons and anti-aliasing. So far out of all "next-gen" games, R&C is the only game that still manages to look smooth and very detailed when you stand up close to the TV. Even uncharted looked a bit aliased in comparison. Insomniac really knows what the phuck they're doing with the PS3 hardware lol

Sony doesn't pay for exclusives. Well they really need to, to get back in 1st place. Imagine if GTAIV was still a PS3 exclusive, there would be zero talks of "console war" against the 360. And it looks to be the same for the Wii vs PS3. If they would have just paid for Monster Hunter to stay on PS3, it would go toe to toe with the Wii in japan judging by these sales figures.
