Nope. I would like that. Clean the house sort of speak.
In my mind if the industry crashes the only one staying afloat would be Nintendo.
There fans aren't just loyal, but there games can be played by anyone in your family, so it broadens the appeal.
I welcome a new crash, tired of the shooter scene and the same ol crap.
Things are so unpredictable and topsy turvy that not even gaming staples like the Bioware founders or Epic star Cliffy B...
Where do i sing up for this?!
I want IN!
Make no mistake this could be a paramount court case.
Just think, NO MORE BOGUS DEMOS OR LIES.
You get what was promised.
HALLELUJAH!
Why you talking about yourself?
Careful though, cause I have to take breaks between doing your moms.
You think?
If I start seeing shooter, after shooter after shooter and retro Atari 2600 games passing off as the new shit. After I laugh, I'll be returning all this new console tech and stay with my Alienware.
The only thing hurting Nintendo was Nintendo. Its the fans that keep them running and will keep them going.
All Nintendo needs to do is keep releasing great titles after great titles and the new tech is flexible enough to accommodate the trends that are on the horizon while still staying true to the Nintendo way of doing things.
All the trailers are boring but this new one simply knocked me out.
I think I'll wait until the hype-less reviews come out, say after 8 months of its release.
Cause I want to have fun with my games and this doesn't look fun.
Let me get this straight. Alan Wake, a game that I thought was awesome but sold 2 units (one to me the other a free gift to Billy Gates) was considered a failure, even having an arcade title made cause a full retail game was considered to risky...and now that its finally limped to 2 mil, there is hope for this series.
But Tomb Raider which sold 3.4 mill as of last quarter, was considered an under performer?
Hmmm, interesting.
Hey man, whateve...
not really, just bored with all the shooters. I want to play lots of different games and have FUN with them. I found myself either playing my WiiU more often, or my Alienware to play strategy games.
My Xbox and Ps3 where collecting dust for most of 2012.
They have a real hard sell for a gamer like me come this next-gen.
No. Actual new games and not a shooter-fest. Is the next big thing. It's called gaming.
Your reply reminded me of the scene in the new 21 Jump Street movie with Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum.
The scene when they arrive at the high school parking lot trying to fit it, and in the confusion they hit the African-American young man...and all kinds of "sensitivity" ensues.
Hilarious stuff.
Cause sex sells. She could be a deaf/mute and shed still get hits on her web site. Shes versed in Facebookitist, you can tell by the slight shift in ones head when they take pictures.
I already do, its called my living room.
Been there my friend. Everyday I think of a reason to buy and play games. What keeps me going are fresh new ideas. Just as I'm about to say, "well I've seen it all" Things like Heavy Rain, Beyond Two souls, Uncharted, Gears of War 3, Tomb Raider and a fantastic selection of strategy games for my PC keep me floating.
I guess developers are tired of the same 'ol thing also and when they get an opportunity they make great ideas and concepts into games.
Dude, you had me at Platinum games.
Platinum + Nintendo = WIN
Great game. Im having fun with it.
This is FANTASTIC news.
I am confident that Nintendo is headed in the proper direction. They understand the market and what is required. Imagine all the fresh, new creative ideas that can flow out of Nintendo. They have the talent and the money to pull this off. What seems to be difficult is the will.
One man alone cannot change the direction of a such a conservative company like Nintendo.
You got that right. If I wanted a projector, I have access to the latest and greatest right here at my job. Come up with something else man. It pretty pathetic.
Nintendo 3DS
Have to agree. Its like the movies you don't have to agree with critics reviews, but the lack of available copies "to" review means the dev/publishers are confident the game is garbage.
Sad to say.
Preaching to the choir Iwata. We all know this. We just need the games to prove it.
