I understand the ways the of the world, I'm 41 for christsakes.
Of course he has to pay rent and put his kids through college, but my understanding of the piece is that he is first and foremost interested in making art/great game.
Not following trends or dumping his ideas into the FPS or Zombie killing genre to make a fast buck.
The fact that Sony ans his track record have afforded him this luxury, is truly unique.

Didn't I read somewhere that male gamers have an aversion to playing female leads. I think it was Capcom talking about the up and coming game Remember Me.
I think the same observation was made during the release of the new Tomb Raider.
What was stated was that female leads tend to do poorly in sales and therefore not a real viable choice. The devs have to go through hoops trying to get the publishers to buy into the concept.

I absolutely HATE anything on my gaming console that isn't directly related to games. I'm even luke warm on video's of games, but at least they are game related.
When I have "fiends" on my list that do nothing but watch dumb-flix or anything other than game. Off the list they go.
I stopped paying gold for Xbox long time ago and went PSN+ for this very reason. At least Sony's dumb app integration isn't as "in your face" ...

Yep its a great game and I like that they mentioned Kairosoft's Game Dev Story as an inspiration to this game, cause if they hadn't it would have been a tremendous rip-off.

What he should be stating is that he intends to create the world first truly horror game.
