This was a missed opportunity. 505 should have continued the trend of releasing GOTY edition on the WiiU.
Like Arham City and Need For Speed and Mass Effect 3 did.
Well not necessarily GOTY editions, but games with all prior DLC included.
Even Deus Ex is doing it.

What the hell is author talking about?! PC's have ALWAYS been at the bleeding edge. He clearly needs another line of work. Even my Alienware MX18 as outdated as it is, can play all games at 1900 x 1600 with blazing detail.

My son has played the living daylights out of Smash Bros Brawl and I told him that the new one would be on the WiiU. So while he waits hes been playing nothing but his Wii and some WiiU games.
He has access to all the platforms, but he likes the Wii games the most. I even bought Call of Duty for WiiU and he played a few minutes and went back to Super Mario Galaxy.

Shenmue is a real possibility, especially since SEGA is in nice and cozy with Big N now.
If they can pull that off, they will move some units on that alone.
Hard to tell because modern hobbyist, have no loyalty to this old series and if anything they may be more excited over Yakuza than Shen.

Nintendo will be around as long as this industry is viable. Make note, IF there was a crash like in the 80's Nintendo is better suited to rise above the competition. Their brands and IP's are that strong.

In short, the casual players are leaving and by casual I don't just mean Pop Cap gamers, I mean the folks that only got their Xbox's or PS3's to play COD with their buddies.
That well is dried up.
What you have left are the hard core hobbyist, the one that have always been there. I think budgets and games need to reflect this.

There is no strategy in FUSE just a heaping mess of running and gunning. I was to happy to delete that demo you guys put out. Sorry for you but f@ck EA, they deserve to get screwed.

Funny. I remember the Madden's being very profitable for the Wii. In fact EA made a specific version of Madden that catered to the strengths of the console. Now its not worth it?

COD 4 is a masterpiece and I don't even like FPS that much. However, part 4 turn the tides and brought this series from an OK shooter, to what it is now. A monster.
