I love my 360 and bought it at launch. But first died under a year and now since MS keeps sending JUNK REFURBS to Canadians I am not on my 6th console. Also, out of 8 of my friends with 360's, only one is still going .... but starting to go wacky ...
As I said, I love my 360 ... but the fail rate is retarted. If MS had a low fail rate from the start it would be a whole other story when it comes to the 360 standing in the console war

I think the jaggies in the PS3 version are TERRIBLE. I find the colors muddy, the PS3 version not to be as sharp/detailed and I find the frame rate of the 360 version to be better as well.

I really HATE the cheap light feel of the PS3 controller. It just feels like it was made for delicate use.
I LOVE the heavier feel of the new DS3 (and of course the rumble). It feels much more solid in my hands and that alone really attracted me to the new DS3.
I had no idea the Wii mote was so bad on batteries.
My 360 controllers with rumble last forever on two cheap AA batteries that I buy in bulk at Costco at $11 for 48 of them. I get a boat load of play out of just one set. I takes me FOREVER to use the entire 48 pack up (actually, I am still on the 48 pack I bought a little over a year ago.
.. and must say I love having rumble back, much rather the heavier feel and the plastic is no longer semi-transparent like the original.
Very happy I grabbed one.
That little chunk of advise is probably the best advice your dad will ever get in regards to BB.
BB and FS are lower on my list than Walmart .... kind of sad really.
Do you have to be stuck in a clan like the first one the next gen console or can you just have all your buds in a lobby and then devide into teams.
I hated being BOUND by clans and needing to creat clans among friends just to play private with buds
... multi private chat and multi video chat.
Would be cool to have a private chat with a few buds at the same time.
Still wish they swapped the left thumbstick with the DPad, but other than that ... much better than the controller I had that came with my PS3.

FYI, I have a 3 year graphic design course and spend many years as a graphic artist. I fail to see where this even comes into play in regards to my game/console preference .
