I played the demo a few times now ... don't get me wrong, but it is kind of quake4 meets Doom3. Other than the gravity stuff, I am really not super drawn to this game.
As I said ..... it is an alright game .... but maybe after playing so many games like this ... I am getting a bit boarded of it.
I lean more toward the "REAL WEAPON" ... "REAL WORLD" type of FPS games. Never been much for aliens and lazers and stuff.

The 360 is a monster and I am sure the PS3 will be as well.
So as long as we both have "MONSTER" grahics machines with "MONSTER" performance ... how about we all just get along.
Sh!t, I almost wish I was back in my Atari 2600 console days ..... NOBODY pissed and moaned like this back then.
I can appreciate the SMALL details, but really, if you have played the COD stuff before ... it is very intense and an fantastic game ... not sure about anyone else ... but I did not have much time to hang out and admire TINY shadow and light enhansments .... or in any game for that matter.
I am not knocking the PS3, I just hate this silly pre-teen comments of "My dad can beat up your dad" bullsh!t.

If you are a 360 owner (as I am) you are still aloud to come to the PS3 area for info on the console. Seeing as how I will also be PS3 owner .... I'd like to know what I am dumping my money into.

I have been a HL fan from the start ... and although I have it for the PC .... I am a sucker when it comes to HL games .... therefore I will buy it.
I hope they put a main focus on the multiplayer area of it.
And if they include the add on stuff ... then iti s a no brainer
The shots with the guys using the Wii make me even less interested in the whole motion controller.
After working all day I want to come home, have a bit to eat, "SIT DOWN" with a beer and play some games.
This is my RELAX time .... not my jump around the room like a monkey in acid time.
Maybe I am alone on this one, but if so ... oh well, that is the way I feel about it.
Other than that COD3 will be in my collection. I love...

I have, play and LOVE my 360. It is a killer system. I really hope sony pulls it off .... not to rub noses or act smug but to have A SECOND killer system.
Difference is ..... I "WILL" give credit where credit is due.
CRAPPY GAMES .... tisk tisk .... not sure whay you consider a NON-Crappy game, but 360 has some very nice games. I hope the PS3 does well ... I want one ... but to bash the 360 "JUST BECAUSE" .... is really kind of silly.

As for the Wii and the PS3 motion stuff, I am not super hyped about flipping around my controller to play a game.
Game + LazyBoy Recliner + Beer = Good
Game + swinging my arms around for 2 hours = No So Good.
I actually hope that the motion stuff will be an option and you can turn it off if you do not want it (much like the rumble feature)
