There is barely any 64 bit games so using more then 4gb would be used elsewhere on the console. For extras like cross game chat and having applications running in the background. I think any more then 8gb is definitely overkill.
As an xbox player I assumed PS3 got Bastion, Fez and SMB. Surprised to be reading this but they are all real gems and you guys are seriously missing out.

It definitely isn't a PS3 exclusive. The website shows both a PS3 and 360 badge. The recent news about Metal Gear on Xbox was probably related to this somewhat.

Without looking into its thats Kojima Ogre. Ogre being the project they have had in the works for a looong time. Only confirmed platforms being PS3 and 360.
If you can convince them it wouldn't work they might buy a new cartridge, Which from a business point of view makes sense.
Gamers these days think they are the creative designer in almost every aspect of the game. Just accept it for what it is.

If you had looked at the sales you would have realised that over half of the sales was on Gamecube and Xbox. So why on earth would they confine themselves into a single console which was still only 2 years old when HAZE was released?

This article isn't written particularly well as the author of it obvious has pent up anger and distaste for easy accessible games like Call of Duty. But surely once you have a casual gamer hooked they then discover all the niche branches of a genre. And it obviously seems like Timesplitters just isn't that interesting.
Dom seemed to have some serious character development over the 3 games. But the poignant scene at Maria's grave left a lump in my throat. Then the obvious scene where Dom losses the will fight for any longer and decided to save his squad instead. And then the final scene with Marcus, Adam and Myrrah was damn emotional.
Call of Duty 4 is on there but Gears of War 3 isn't?

WaW had the best maps in my opinion. The best being Castle, Banzai, Courtyard and Dome.
Definitely didn't happen this gen due to games like Halo 4 and The Last of Us look and the fact they don't look like 2005/06 launch titles. I really doubt that it would happen next gen either.
If they described the control scheme for Resident Evil 6 as needlessly complicated I'm concerned on their behalf.
