Could be worse Microsoft did give a three years warranty showing their dedication to suport their console.
If it becomes a huge problem ,again ,they might take som sort of action to meet their fans half way.
At least they they will be opening a new studio. Though not sure what the idea is behind closing a alreday well established studio for a new one. Hope it will be a bigger better one ofcourse
If you are a hardcore gamer you propably own both the xb360 and ps3.
already heard about boku in 2007 as a kind of xna for kids
For all fun and games this isn't 1987, their are some very subtantial differences between that day and age and now. Just look at the (multi)media available and people (early adopters) willing to pay for it.
Arguable both are a niche format only difference is that that niche is much larger than in 1987
Doens't look bad, hope it will come for a cheap price.
who and when decided that " Microsoft's version of an avatar has been labeled by the gaming community as a dumb idea."
First everybody was saying that they stole the idea of nintendo never mentioning that the mii' s where a bad idea.
Secondly first impresions of avatar where at the bare minimum "better than expected"
Thirdly Personaling things creating a own identity is something which avatar is doing. Has been and is a trend growing ...
Will check it myself
As long as it is optional don't got that much free room to save entire games to the hard drive.
Though find it a shame the disc has to be in the tray.
Depends on what kind of contract has been signed.
It's already october so why not release a statement of the 3th quarter.
Mayeb it was not a smart move to launch the co op side to side with the game. Hope they will fix it though
mccain is like a v1.0 xb 360 really big change it will get the red rings
I can imagine that some people don't like platformers. Though fanboys (of other platforms) giving lowe scores to a game is just rediculous.
Think that it is a very good strategy asking multi platform developers for extra content exclusive to their console. Creating a win win situation for the third party developer and Microsoft.
As long as developers won't abuse this by delivering partial games for a full price.
Developers are strugling making games this gen therefore it won't hurt the industry if Microsft gives them a bag of cash for extra content. Hopefully Sony will folow suit.
Reason why I think this could be fake is simply because companies normally won't disclose any information which can hurt sales let alone post it on twitter. But I will consider it as a rumour.
A remake of a FF7 would be a huge undertaking , with a lot of people speaking of it as the best rpg game ever. looking at the amount of games square enix currently is making I can't see that they would have the resources for a FF7 remake.
Though I believe they might do so in the future, though it would be propably be a game after the FF7 movie and not the Ps1 game.
Agree, he does go over board with the article. Though would it really be that bad if ot was left in the game they where not depicting anything it where just a few words.
Don't be the reason wy third parties stop suporting the ps3, if you wanted the game before the demo didn't come to the ps3 just go buy it.
strange it worked like a charm for me even when talking fast
Lowering the price isn't a bad thing just look at the amount of good games launching this holiday season. Lowering the price actually makes good sense. Not mentioning if the game is a mediocre or a good game.
