Not assuming the worst somebody at the marketing team might have decided it was easier to photoshop the images instead of getting some pictures of the 360 version.
The game is developed simultaneously for all three platforms. That 's what is one of the selling points from the cryengine. Any changes made in a level using the engine will automatically convert and export the changes to supported platforms (xbox 360, ps3 and pc).
Looking at previous video from the engine the graphics for the consoles will be close too each other.
7 months is a long wait, luckily there will be enough games to fill the gap between now and the launch of Halo Reach.

What Crysis has said and still is saying that their engine will push both consoles to the max.
More importantly since both consoles have their relative strengths and weaknesses the developer also mentioned that the xbox360 would outperform the ps3 in some areas as would the ps3 outperform the xbox 360 in other areas.

Vanguard is also a good class, for a second run I might try the biotic class on a higher difficulty setting my first run the aliens didn't put up much of a fight.
The only thing missing from the game is a good multiplayer or co-op that would be a nice addition to the game.

I liked the sands of time. Not sure what to think about the promised large number of enemies (largest number of enemies in a prince of persia game)or the new, unannounced "nature based" magic skills.

Every popular game has and should have dlc simply because they can enrich and prolong the game experience. (except of-course if the pricing is ridiculous compared to the "value" of the dlc or the game)
