half-life is and will always be better on pc! sorry. im still gonna pick up a ps3 copy tho lol.

its all BS, halo has sold around 3 million copies or something crazy so you expect all those people to stop playing it for something else? its never gonna happen, the only thing that will KILL halo is time, same as all the other great games! eventually we all get bored of something, some quicker than others.

The Bottom Line: the amount of consoles sold isnt something to brag about, it makes no difference to us the GAMERS. 'yeah but... but developer support...' dont try and use that either, once both consoles are over 10 mil no developers are gonna want to ignore them.

i try not to let these types of screens excit me, ill wait till its games play.
theres games up there running at 1024x600 without even the 'P', thats not even HD!!
i guess it would be simpler to develop for the 360 if thats how high your setting your sights as the developer.

that might be one of their problems, there such a huge company that they dont feel they need to listen and take advice once in a while. thing is they need to remember that there plenty of other smart people that DONT work for them already.

that video is PC all the way though and it'll be interesting to see how much they have to drop to get it playable on the consoles!
i know consoles have been having all the press lately, but we all forget that pc is still well ahead of anything else avaliable, also alot more expensive than everything else =(
oh, and i LOVE the fact they changed the enermy voices up abit from the first.....
thing is i want long life from my invertments, i know the cell is appearing to be a bit of a pain in the a55 now, im not sure thats gonna be the case in the future. as long as sony continues to help developers understand the potential of the cell and its spu's im sure over time its gonna really start breaking new ground. still i could be wrong and it might all flop in a year or 2 from now, still thats the gamble you take when you buy new technology, you just have to try and make an educated g...
but id quite happily lick a bead of sweat off Hideo's a55 if it got my hands on the game now!
