where exactly did i say i limit myself to japanese products?? the headline is redarding the xbox sales in japan, hence why i talk about japan not South Korea.
infact pc monitor are avaliable in much much higher resolutions, 2560x1600 for example with progressive scan.
the games listed above were built on the 360 then ported over to the ps3. also all these games where released over a year after the xbox so of course the developers are going to be more comfortable with that system.
MADDEN for example, EA even said they didnt have long with the development kits for the playstaion hense the lower frame rates.
IMO yes the xbox is currently ahead in multi-platform games, CURRENTLY. but looking back over previous generations of consoles the playstat...

in my experience with HD tv's (i have quite alot) theres little difference between 720p and 1080i (image quality wise), unless your screen is 50+ inches. the 720p will offer better quality with fast moving images due to the progressive scan, with 1080i the interlaced refesh does everyother line, for example if the lines on your tv were:
1010101010101010101010101010
interlace or 1080i will refresh: 111111111111 then go back and refresh the 00000000000
this basically has the abillity to turn your entire body into one giant wiimote! ill be getting the camera on day one (bit of a tech head) not sure ill bother with the card game tho!
IMO japan have the best knowlegde of hardware and tech in gereneral, and regardless how good the 360 is or how many great games (if your a westerner)it has the japanese wont except things such as the RROD or having to pay to go on-line.

wont come with a game, possibly a blu-ray movie or to. remember tho the the on-line is FREE so thats £50 saved straight way so theres some money for a game or 2. plus theres plenty of free demos and movies on the PSN to keep your entertained for a while!

sonys compition isnt the wii, its the xbox.
the wii appeals to a completely different type of consumer compared to the 360 or ps3.
the best thing M$ and sony can do is try and get their machine into the best possible place it can be in a year or two as by then the price of both will fall and wii owners will probably looking to upgrade to a bigger badder machine. well thats how i see it!
you mean USB ports, the controllers are wireless so unless you ever want to charge 3 or more at the same time then alls fine.
2 is the optimum number anyway for several reasons. usb keyboard and mouse together.... singstar- one for camera one for mic, stuff like that. i gotta admit i dont think ive actually used more than 2 of mine at any given time.

i know people will say you get a 120gb HD with the elite and only 40gb with the ps3 but you can pick up a external HD or even replace the internal with a larger one for peanuts, just go ebay and look for a 100gb HD, cheap as chips!
