I can play this through game pass for like $1 right and on PC. The game does seem interesting.
They showed their hand a while back with talk of xcloud. At this point they are more interested in maximizing profits through that and third party deals with gamepass.
IMO gamepass would do more harm than good for AAA gaming. The budgets of those games are too big to sell them essentially for $5 through one month of gamepass. Mark my words if gamepass takes off you will get AA budget games from majority of MS first party content.
I'm still trying to figure out how gamepass is healthy with AAA development.
Or they just don't like Abby or the story. 🤷
I beat lou1 about 5 times. I literally started playing after I beat it the first time. That is rare for me. We'll see with this one. I haven't played it yet.
After hearing the ending. They basically edge you in the climax. Giving you metaphorical blue balls. I still want to try it at some point.

Random? I usually see eye to eye with some YouTubers, and Dreamcastguy is one of the more lenient reviewers. I would rather listen to a YouTuber who reviews games than nameless drone #42 from IGN. I even said "I'll pick it up eventually"
People might be praising it a bit much but I'll find out eventually.
People can say what they want but a lot of YouTubers whose opinions I trust did not enjoy the story in this game.
I loved the first game. It's in my top games I've played. I've beaten it like 5 times (I'm 33 and have a family that is blue moon rare for me anymore). One YouTube (Dreamcastguy) basically said he wished he never played it and he is a massive fan of the first.
