4D isn't another physical dimension, it's a visual dimension o.O
Also, if you can nitpick so much of the PS3's games, let's see you back up your 360? I'm curious as to what you come up with.
Let me guess though, you'll have to refer to a game using Unreal Engine?
Alan Wake:Vapor Ware? I'm hesitant to believe in its existence :'(
QD isn't a 1st party dev. Just sayin'.
Wikipedia, I don't feel like going to copy+paste, but you should.
Looks in-game to me. If it were pre-rendered, they'd iron out some of the flaws to make it look better.
"There is today, however, appeared new screens up from Quantic Dreams and they show scenes that do not come from above trailer. Whether they come from the upcoming Heavy Rain game is not known. But look at the pictures we see it certainly promising."
That's the relevant info.
I cannot wait for all the non-Sony fanboys to bash this when it's out and looking this good. It'll be so funny knowing they're bull****ing themselves hardcore :P. This is assuming the gameplay is good enough, but I don't doubt QD's abilities.
Now where's Jack Thompson... he might have something to say about how the Wii is now dangerous, since it teaches children to beat their parents.
It took me like... less than a third of that time to get 100% lol
Anyway, this game is worth way more than the $60 I paid, and I've heard it's going for $30 at a lot of places now, it'd be foolish not to buy this game.
...so I probably shouldn't form an opinion, but this guy was just retarded.
Since when has a console reached its full potential this early in its cycle anyway? This just seemed like a pointless article.
It's funny that you say that. Recently MS has been acting as if it wants to take down the PS2 (especially with a price cut on arcade, and buying out former-PS exclusives), yet they'll fall flat on their faces trying to compete with it.
Sony isn't in the business of paying 50 mil for DLC that doesn't affect console sales.
3rd party devs aren't Sony's interest, they'd rather take that 50 mil and pump it into 1st party exclusives, which are the actual system sellers.
Also, I don't think many people look at a game and think "hmm this one lets me pay more down the line for some content. Yeah that seems pleasant." At least my friends and I don't look at it that way.
Most important thing about LINUX on a PS3? ALL THE EMULATORS MWAHAHAHA
Agreed. There are TONS of these out there. On Kotaku they have a gallery with a Gundam and Ronald Mc-frickin'-Donald. And they actually look good.
I don't want the game, so I wish they released the character customizer for like $10-$15, similar to Spore with the Creature Creator. I would SO buy that ****.
This is why I go to Best Buy for my games. No gamers around here go there, so I can walk in 3 days after GTA 4 is released and see LEs on the front table.
After seeing the comparisons, I like the actual screens WAY more than the fan ones. They all look bland, desaturated, and very dull.
I'm starting to thank myself for not buying a Wii after enjoying Wii Sports at a friend's house. That would have been one Hell of an impulse buy to regret.
It sounds to me like they just want to push out more peripherals now that they've put out all of the ones they had.
I think they should focus on something else, but sadly, it's not up to me, the consumer to decide that.
Those shouldn't be US dollars. She spent $722 US in the end, not $1000.
It's not much of a difference, but I might as well throw this in here.
