Rigs and Until Dawn Rush of Blood are true games. Just pointing that out for the uninformed. ;-)
Yeah bro, trust me as someone who's played a few hours so far of RE7 inside PSVR. You need nerves of steel to get through it. It is the VR killer app, but you got to have the courage to play it. The only negative I can find about the game (it's too scary for some people to play). I've watched horror buffs, who don't get scared of anything, play live on twitch and get cold feet walking down the dark stairwell towards the beginning of the game (first time you ecounter the chick)...
Hardware can not sell without exclusive software the general public actually want to play. Sea of Thieves and Cuphead are not system seller games, niche market at best.
It won't outsell the Pro. PlayStation is a more popular brand. Even the Pro, compared to Xbox One.
I won't be buying a Xbox One and neither are my friends. We all got a gaming PC and a PS4. With those, we can play everything except Nintendo games (which we have no interest in).
That would be the worst idea ever. They would lose most of the customers MS still have left if they pulled that crap now. Plus devs wouldn't support it with such a low install base. THEY NEED EXCLUSIVE GAMES! NOT NEW HARDWARE!
I'd say if you're in it for content only, wait a year or two. Right now I'd say it's for tech geeks to show off to their friends and get people hyped for the future. It's going to be a while before it starts to get really good. We're still in gen 1. Console are on gen 8 and look how far they have come.
If you like playing with new tech and pretty much like being apart of something cutting edge. Go for it. If you're just into playing amazing games and wanting hours of entertainment, wait a few generations. I'd say it's for hard core tech geeks only right now. Know what your getting into ahead of time and you'll make the right decision that's best for you.
As the generations go by, it will get better, and the entry price will also come down. This is gen ...
I honestly don't want new gen systems ever again. Just keep making this gen more and more powerful and let us keep building our libraries. If you don't have the latest system, whatever. you can still play all new games on the old system. It just won't look as good. Just have auto display settings in place for whatever model you have.
what? why? Those words are part of Mass Effect's identity. That makes no sense.
I will not let Ubisoft trick me again. I'll wait for reviews and the initial first few months of patches.
When you only have 20 of them up for pre-order, yeah, they sell out pretty quickly.
Mobile will forever be crap. Have not played a game on my phone in years. No desire to waist my time.
There is a limit to that statement.
Until I see a game that looks like Horizon, God of War, or Death Stranding on the Switch, I'm not interested.
dead
Nintendo is not even a player in the game Sony and MS are playing. So no.
They went to scalpers cause retailers said the magic words. Limited quantities! Get ready to see these on ebay for $500+ and sold out everywhere.
sadly... I think you're right.
I hope it doesn't. That's probably what's giving them the issues. In a perfect networked world, this concept would work. Not with the real world infrastructure though. To unstable, bandwidth caps, and majority of people have a connection lower than 10mbps. It's just not realistic right now.
We'll see.
