There is absolutely no reason for Sony to split their consumer base right now by releasing a new console. They can ride the PS4 wave for at least another 2 years before considering a new generation. Unless the PS5 is fully 100% backwards compatible with PS4 games. Then i would say it's fine, but not til at least 2019.

There are some games that certain reviewers should not review. If the reviewer mainly plays shooters and multi player games, he has no business giving an opinion (that's representing a publication) about a JRPG. The reviewer should have some good knowledge, interest, and skill in the game genre he is reviewing. Jeff Gertsmann of Giant Bomb hates Naruto games (and anime in general), should I listen to him about Ultimate Ninja Storm 4?
Bloodbourne 2 needs to aim for 900p 60fps on regular PS4, and 1080p (or upscaled 4k) 60fps on PS4 Pro. 60fps should be standard now for action games that require good timing. Only reason I put off playing the first game for so long was because of the awful performance of the game. Once it got PS4 Pro support, I jumped in and loved it, but 30fps still just does not cut it for me anymore. I loved Ni-oh waaaay more.
If the game is made to make money, not out of passion, THEN NO THEY ARE NOT ART. Certain games can be art. Big budget movies and mainstream music are not either. If it's made with the intent of mass producing and making a profit, it becomes a product.
