The problems with Battlefield 2042 go WAY beyond bugs. Fundamentally, the game is just lacking the majority of what we have come to expect. It's fine to try something new, but when you completely take away everything we love about the series, it's not Battlefield anymore.

And then if you include all the bugs and issues, what is there is just not fun to play. Even with friends, I struggled to enjoy what was there. I was literally seeing my sniper bullets go through ...

There are a lot of great changes here and I think this is a great step forward. Obviously, this isn't going to fix all the problems the game has had to this point, but if they continue to put this much effort into the game, I think by the end, it's going to be a great comeback story.

No offense, but I'm not going to click that link. Looks super sketch. Everything that I've seen on this game has been absolutely amazing. The world design looks incredible and the gameplay looks even better than the first.

I genuinely just want to explore this place because it looks so fun to just run around and find cool stuff (hopefully lol)

Sometimes...actually most of the time, games are made to be fun. If you don't enjoy something fun, then I don't know what to tell you, but you probably shouldn't be writing reviews if you can't enjoy a game for what it is.

Prototype was a brutal game at times, but dude..it was extremely fun. It's been so long since I played 1 and 2, but man, I'd love to see a 3rd with today's graphics and performance.

Simply put, Gran Turismo has always been racing game that other games tried to compete with. And with what I've seen so far with GT7, they really really stepped up their game. So yeah, good luck to the competitors out there.

Why would you write a negative article on games that aren't even out yet? Like.....why dude? They say there's no such thing as bad publicity, however, articles like this will keep people from clicking the link to your site.

There were plenty of games last year I thought were going to be awesome, which turned to be huge disappointments and others off the radar that were pretty sick. You just never know dude...

Sorry Blizzard, not supporting you unless there are serious changes within the company. I have zero confidence in the game studio at this point.

Dude, if developers added a ton of content to their game and made it available at launch rather than creating a ton of DLC and charging extra money for content already on the disk, then yeah, they can boast all they want.

I mean, even if it was DLC, they could still boast, granted it probably wouldn't go over very well lol.

How do you knowlingly release a game in this state and then 3 months later, say you want to make it better? Dude, release the game when it's freakin finished. That was the right thing to do. Too little too late man.

They can only go up from where they started, right? It still looks a little off, but at the same time, looks like a lot of fun.

Now that, I totally do agree with.

Assassins Creed Valhalla was latest culprit for myself.

Speed runners will find a way to do it in 20 minutes, probably less... who cares man. When was the last time you considered a game bad because you played it a bunch?

I was burnt out after Bordlands 2. The bazillion weapons thing was cool, but it's just an incredibly repetitive series of games. It's the same thing, over and over within a 'new' environment with a new set of annoying side characters.

Tiny Tina's wonderland could be a lot of fun, but we'll have to wait and see how different it really is.

Why you gotta be difficult and try to emulate on consoles when emulation is native on PC?

I honestly think it should be mandatory to do a connection 'speed test' to see if you're connection could potentially handle the bare minimum connection to stream and play, before allowing you to subscribe/purchase. And, it should also show what type of games are suggested and what performance should be expected while streaming based on your connection.

Final Fantasy VII is listed as #98. I stopped right there....

I mean, Running with Scissors is developing Postal 4, currently in early access... It looks like it still has a long way to go though.

On PC, there are still chunks of the map that are just empty. No enemies, no cars passing by. You can literally just walk into a closed off area meant for stealth and gain free items/exp by hacking cameras and looting all the boxes, crates..etc.

The game has it's fun moments, but when you can literally walk into an area where there are supposed to be enemies and literally nobody is there to stop you loot all the goodies and rare items, it kind of ruins the experience m...
