While I do think Stadia is dead, this idea and concept was the just the beginning. Just like other streaming services, I think it can become a legit way to play games, but we're not there yet.
The story better be freakin' amazing man haha.
It's almost never the developers release a game completely broken or build features that use loot box mechanics. It's leadership. It's their job to have an overall strategic plan with a desired state and a launch date in mind. They need to look at the game they're trying to built, look at the experience they have, and determine a realistic timeline that works for everyone working on the project.
It's leadership that falls short, thus creating deadlines t...
Don't let bad parents represent all parents...
Why do I feel like I've already played this game? Oh yeah... came out in 2009....
The question is, will it be just as good?
It has to have one of the worst protagonists since Aiden Pearce lol. This was a pretty big and baffling issue to have, but I mean, this is just the tip of the iceberg.
After what happened with Fallout 76, probably best to wait until closer to release. It's all in the back of our minds, so I'd probably expect something in september at the earliest.
Any game that runs on UE4 can run on UE5. It's pretty awesome that the devs of the engine were able to add this functionality. Of course, it would take the devs of Avowed to get used to the new UI, tools, and functionality, but it saves projects in progress a TON of time if they wanted to jump from 4 to 5.
I grew up playing a game called 'Red Ninja' on the PS2. It's a game that I played with my sister when we were younger and we were determined to beat that stupid game, and so we did, despite how insanely cheap the bosses were.
But, was it a good game? Meh..alright. Should it be remastered? NO. Just because I enjoyed it and do feel nostaligic towards it, doesn't mean I want everyone to 'enjoy' it lol.
The 'problem' is that ...
If I can create a character, I try to create something similar to my own persona, but of course my persona only. The way I play depends on the game. I'm not an evil person, but sometimes, it's cool to do evil things and see how things play out >=)
Like, how do you explain to your family why you have this.
It took them so long to do this, that I've already bought a PS1, PS2, and PS3, plus my favorite games for each console.
Very cool for everyone who doesn't have these consoles though!
It's the same game we've played 4 other times....
It's just an example. But I mean, the reason most play GT7, is to drive cars they would never be able to drive in real life. I could buy a 70k car in real life if I wanted to. I could buy a Japanese import if I wanted to. But there's no way I could buy or even rent (for a day) an XJ13 or a XJR-9 for example.
These are the cars I would love to drive. But because the grind is so real, I'll probably never get there.
I too have like 5 or 6 favori...
If a car in game costs 18 Million, and the best you can do is 70K for a 5 lap race, it's going to take 254 races to make enough to buy this ONE car. If each races takes you 12 minutes to complete, that would take you about 50 hours. Again, this is for ONE car.
There's a lot of fun found in GT7, but if you want the really really expensive cars, forget about it man. Unless you wanna hack or grind your way, say goodbye to your personal life. Or you know, you could just...
Just FYI, the Xbox Series S is digital only. I don't have a disc drive, and the game was delisted as Dumahim said.
It looks awesome, but sadly, I may never get a chance to play it.
If only I could buy Forza 7 on my xbox series S.....
Unless they go back to what made the Battlefield games good, forget about it man. Even if they went all the way back to Bad Company, I don't have the confidence that they could actually build a continuation of a popular past game with the same quality they had back then.
I was thinking the same thing. Shouldn't everything be new?
I enjoyed Saints Row 2 way more than any other game in the series. It sounds like they were trying to get back to that and I'm all for it man.
Saints Row IV was so over the top that I actually questioned why I was even playing towards the end. I could literally fly anywhere and I was so OP that it wasn't even fun. Also, I learned that you literally change the time of day at the very end of the game...so I played the whole game at night. It was horrible.
