Bungie's just echoing something Microsoft said awhile back. More specifically, I think it was that Kinect doofus with the permanent sunglasses, Kudo whatever. Saying nobody plays FPS on PC.

Not according to the tester who did the AMA. He claims it somehow manages to be even worse, with nothing but annoying mini-games to accommodate the gimmicky controller.
It's silly to think cloud gaming will become a mainstream thing any time in the next few years. Most of the world's internet still isn't in a position to facilitate that. Whether it be slow speeds or data caps, ISPs are ultimately in control of whether or not cloud gaming becomes viable.

I've got friends who test. You'd be amazed at how often devs reject bugs as things to be patched later, even many months before the game ships.
PS1 is probably my favorite. Resident Evil, Twisted Metal, Silent Hill, Gran Turismo, Metal Gear Solid, the golden age of Squaresoft and the JRPG. I could go on and on.
