Copypasta, I've only got one.
That's pretty funny, though. I've got 3 agrees and 2 disagrees, he's 7/0.
Not forced to participate? Sure they are, if they wanna use the whole game they just bought for $60, including multiplayer. You sound like you'd just funnel half your paycheck directly into Aaron Greenberg's bank account if you knew how, and be thrilled to do so. Have some standards as a consumer. Don't let yourself be tossed around as a walking, unthinking wallet like you do now. To me it's just a yearly sucker tax.
That's what I love about PC gamers. They refuse to take t...
That's how it should be, but then many people just wouldn't subscribe anymore. They've got people by the balls now, since they've gotta pay if they wanna use their games online.
Maybe it's just because I've played both PC and console games for my entire life, but the idea of paying extra to play games online still rubs me in all the wrong ways. Feel the same way about MMO's that charge monthly fees. Total ripoff.
Reminds me of a bunch of schizophrenic bums yelling at each other from different street corners.
Did anyone else hear that? Sounded like... the internet... taking a crap. Oh, here it is.
None of the big 3 are going anywhere, this is just foolish.
Was waiting for this to get failed just to see who sub'd it. I'm willing to bet it's the same person who wrote this. Should make him a trophy for easily being the most delusional person at N4G.
Impossible. All N4G PS3 fanboys dropped $299 on a new PS3 at Amazon.com the moment his article hit pending, just to spite him. In-fact, Amazon knew this was gonna happen in advance as well, that's why the rankings which update every hour were so quick to show the Slim back at #1. It's so obvious.
If you liked Stranglehold you'll like it.
I'm wondering about the FEAR 2 demo too. We did have another one awhile back.
Having an EU PSN account really made this week's US update null and void for me. Wet and DiRT 2 demos both came out last week there. Suppose I might get the Crash Commando DLC. Maybe...
I'm absolutely stunned that someone like you hasn't had their approval privileges removed. That's really a testament to why the quality around here is so low.
It's not even doing that. Just the movers and shakers chart, meaning no one was buying it before, and now they are, basically. PS3 Slim is still #1 on the Amazon sales chart, and has been since they started taking pre-orders.
Title is very misleading.
That's a first, aside from holidays... I think.
I remember another delay, but it still came out around midnight that night.
Rolling in his grave...
Haha, very fitting that the source is HHG.
I hated how they tried to turn it into this colossal mindf*ck, and I thought the whole thing just crawled entirely way too far up its own ass.
Whenever I think of bad endings, I think of Metal Gear Solid 2. An ending so bad, that I didn't give MGS3 a chance until a couple years after it came out.
I've actually got 4 EA games for my PS3.
- Dead Space: kicks ass.
- Mirror's Edge: kicks a little less ass.
- Burnout Paradise: kicks ass at top speed.
- Mercenaries 2: on the receiving end of all the ass kicking the other 3 games are doing.
I will also be buying Dante's Inferno. GoW clone or not, it looks damn good, and GoW is a damn good game to be cloning in the first place.
I used to be really staunch anti-EA too, for many years. They ju...
EA! CROSS GAME CAWKBLOCKERS! GET 'EM BOYS!
FFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!
...lol
I prefer the free model, with things you can buy in-game (forgot the term for that). The only MMO I ever got into was Maple Story, which uses that model, and Nexon has gotta be making a killing off of that. I rarely ever saw anyone who didn't have at least one item from the Cash Shop.
