Doubt it would be better. Sigma team showed him up the first time around, and all signs are pointing to it happening again.
Personally I can't stand the man. Walks around with an ego like he invented gaming, when his claim to fame is huge bouncing pixel tits and some of the worst camera angles in gaming history. Needs to get a grip, and dial it way the f*ck back.
The camera is still annoying, and that purple mist gets on my nerves since I've played it with the wonderful gushing blood before, but I still wanna try the new stuff.
There's a free WipEout dynamic theme in Europe, released last week.
Still no Trine, still no avatars, still the only region without a free dynamic theme.
At least Broken Steel is finally coming next week.
A match made in hell.
It's probably a contractual thing at this point. It's what Microsoft did with Resident Evil 5 as well. Exclusive ad rights, custom console, etc. The 360 logo was plastered all over the place during that MW2 event.
Incredibly slow. If I were downloading a 2.6gb file off the PSN store, it would be done by now. This MAG update is only 34% after an hour and a half.
What? How many degrees of DLC is Halo 3 gonna get? Gonna be an add-on for the add-on's add-on?
Sorry but, lol @ specific people in here excited about this after saying Amazon doesn't matter when the Slim rocketed up the charts.
Amazon.com: Completely relevant and a 100% accurate display of worldwide sales, but only when favoring the console you worship.
I'd certainly buy a lot more at launch if they were $30 - $40 instead of $60, especially with all the money we dump into add-on content these days. About 1/2 of my PS3 games were bought months after launch, or during a sale, when the price dropped to $20 - $30.
It's the Microsoft "trying to fool you into believing this game is 360 exclusive" ad treatment that RE5 got. Advertising it only for the 360, only showing at Microsoft events, getting a custom console, etc. Probably can't legally happen for Sony at this point.
Beatles Rock Band is going through the same thing, but it didn't get a console bundle. Doesn't even show a Nintendo or Sony logo at the end of the commercial, only 360.
If you must buy it, buy it used so they make nothing off of you.
This didn't even come out with the "Only on 360" tagline, if I remember correctly. I know I didn't see it in the commercials. Should have been a dead giveaway this was coming.
Seriously, very unexpected. I'm playing Fat Princess right now so I can't confirm this is live, otherwise I'd approve.
Got mine. September was the last issue of my subscription too.
lol @ the people who took my comment about "janitor processing" seriously and disagreed. I guess sarcasm tags really are necessary at N4G. Scraping the bottom of the barrel for intelligence around here.
PS3 is last-gen tech incapable of janitor processing, confirmed.
It's a yearly sucker tax to me. It's the only platform that charges, and what's the main difference between it and the others? Cross-game chat and universal party system?
Playing your games online is the only thing that truly matters, and unfortunately Microsoft is using this to their advantage, forcing people to pay if they wanna use all the features of the $60 game they just bought (assuming said game has multiplayer). It's a pretty low down thing to do. Charging extra just...
The Glenn Beck of gaming. Blurts out the first thing that pops into his head and puts it out there as fact.
Sad, I really wanted this game. Can't believe there are people out there who still haven't learned not to port 360 -> PS3.
