Not everything boils down to console war idiocy. Shareholders at Microsoft have been wanting to end the Xbox for years. It's not profitable enough. It's peanuts. Small ball. They want more Windows/Office folding money, not pocket change.
Agreed. They're bad for business. I'd prefer a different company at the helm of the Xbox. I'd say Sega, but they probably wouldn't be able to afford it.
Butthurt? Delusional? It was one of my top 3 of E3, and I'll likely be buying it on PC (I say "likely" because it's unfortunately probably Origin-exclusive). Just saying, the mountain of awards is misleading. You should take a walk or something, bro. Cool off.
Yeah, it's a silly requirement. Posted a source below for XboxFun to counter his little tantrum, if you're interested.
Didn't feel like searching for the exact EBC podcast, but a simple Google search turned this up.

"As a reminder, only those games that were playable were eligible for nomination."
So if by "bogus reason" you mean "fact", yes.
It got piles of E3 awards because it was one of the only playable games on the show floor. Apparently that's a requirement for being awarded. Didn't know that until I heard the guys from EpicBattleAxe talking about it on their podcast.
It's made by the people who made Dear Esther, so expect an extremely pretentious experience.
Right. Titanfall can only be done on XB1. That's why it's also coming to 360, PC and strongly rumored for PS4 after a year.
Stuck his thumb into Microsoft's self-inflicted wound.
I prefer Sony blasting MS to them pretending they don't exist. Kick them while they're down. They deserve it.
"Core Four" lacking Fulgore and Orchid.
Gamers have murdered trillions over the years. 1 possible rape and the world of 'garmez jurnalizm' takes a collective outrage shit bigger than the Great Pacific Garbage Patch.
Seems people either get it, or they waste everyone's time by comparing it to GTA.
PS4 still has better hardware, the lower price, and Sony's got a much, much better reputation for delivering games.
It does look like they're indecisively floundering in the face of bad pre-orders.
Yeah, they've patched a lot of the holes. Now it's just down to price and Microsoft's reputation for under-delivering on games. Hopefully that "$1 billion for games" is really for developing games, and not just for buying ads and timed-exclusive DLC.
My biggest complaint solved if that stupid thing doesn't need to be plugged in for the console to function. Will definitely consider buying one when it's cheaper and has games I want to play.
Is this the same IGN that gave GTAIV a 10 after securing the shady exclusive rights to the first published review?
You'd be an idiot to get this one instead of the 500gb. It should be illegal to sell a current-gen console with such little HDD space. It's practically crippled.
The one thing I wish more crime sandbox games would do that I think only GTA does is have talk radio stations. Those are always so funny.
