well as you claim that we won't know the exact numbers until next week, if you're gonna criticize one person for speculating, saying one version will have the higher attach rate should also be criticized since according to you there's no raw numbers in yet. Did you read the updates? The PS3 version is selling out, which could dispel the whole notion of "higher attach rate".
Try reading the updates, seems like PS3 will have the edge, which in my mind was never in doubt. The 360 version will sell better in NA and EU will be a tossup.
We don't know the exact numbers yet, so I think I'll pass on this speculation. No multi-plat made by a Japanese company has sold on par on both systems, PS3 has always had the edge, why would it be different this time?
They added an online component(new to SF), focus attack(new to SF), online leaderboards, new characters, new EX system. I think that's a lot for a game, the core gameplay of SF should never be changed, it's been great.

This is the flagship exclusive FPS for the Xbox 360, KZ2 is supposed to be that for the PS3. There's no other exclusive AAA fps on the 360 to compare this to. It's like when GT5 comes out, if Forza 3 wasn't releasing they would compare GT5 to Forza 2 because even though it came out 2 years ago it's the only exclusive racing sim comparable to GT5. So we really can't blame gaming sites for making such comparisons.

Gears 2 did nothing new from the first one, Halo 3 edge review stated (althought it brings nothing new...) they gave it a 10, Call of Duty 4 just brought in a modern day setting with the same gameplay from the other COD's, 5 was a carbon copy of 4 back into the WW2 era, so please don't say that all these other games have brought something new when they haven't. If you're gonna penalize KZ2 penalize the rest of these games. And last I checked on metacritic the majority of the reviews are AAA, ...

That's why it was GOTY 2005, this is 2009 and all that's advanced in that time is graphics? That just doesn't cut it. Seems like Capcom just wanted to make a quick buck so they enhanced the graphics(which was gonna happen anyway because it's a new generation of consoles) and they just put in the exact same gameplay but throwing in co-op to not make it seem like a rehash. The co-op is the only reason I'll be getting this game.
They just lowered MS stock price target from $23 to $21, face it nobody is doing well in this economy, except Nintendo(because they only do gaming)
RE5 looks nice but still plays like a last gen game, I wouldn't call that pushing anything. This game could easily be done on the wii, just dumb down the graphics and the gameplay is virtually identical to RE4. I don't think he should be saying anything because this game really isn't pushing much.
You do know that SF4 supports trophies and that all games from January on, trophy support is mandatory right? Most of the multi-plats released in the past year have been an equal experience on both consoles(all the big releases except Fallout 3). Since when did this gen end? What great first party exclusives does MS have lined up? All I see MS doing is stealing 3rd party exclusives and paying for 3rd party DLC. That shows me that MS is running out of steam in terms of exclusive games for the system. Sony has built together a fine collection of first/second party studios for the long run. By the way the SE edition is available for both consoles not just the 360 and the PS3 gets it's own bundle as well
