Well if you goto the MW2 website, on the bottom it says Call of Duty and Modern Warfare are trademarks of Activision. If it was the same game I don't think it would be phrased that way.
It's not called COD anymore, it's just Modern Warfare 2.

well it's been 3 weeks now, and could be a full month but whatever it's not that big a deal, even the 360 outsold the PS3 3 weeks in a row in JPN and PS3 made the deficit back in 1 week.
Whoever played the first 2 games obviously remembers the screen tearing? That is the first sign that the framerate isn't locked and was the only thing visually that detracted from the game and that's me just nitpicking. The games were fantastic.
It says at the end of the game, "The quest continues Fall of 2009"
Bioshock was developed using a heavily modified UE 2.5 with some UE 3 features and it looks better than almost every UE 3 game out there that isn't developed by Epic themselves. Can't wait for Bioshock 2!
All of the PS3's big exclusives are 1st/2nd party so MS couldn't have "stole" anything

I think the list depends on who you can play best with. For example I can't play as Seth at all, takes too much damage and is too slow for me but he's ranked 2nd. Akuma is my best because he has the best balance of speed and power for me.
Most of those are small time games, Flower is one of the few I recognize. I dont think any of the big name first/second party Sony studios use this engine.
There were rumors about this game going on since early 2008, I hope it releases this year...
Edit: Yeah it says winter 2009 but more often than not big releases get delayed.

I dont mind waiting if the game has improvements and added content as most delayed multi-plat games recently have been (C&C RA3, Alone in the Dark, Bioshock, NGS2)
Street Fighter was the only game that felt really next gen to me. All the other sequels feel like the same game in HD
They aren't overrating this game just because it's GTA. We all know what happened with GTA 4, I'm taking this with a grain of salt.

I'm up to chapter 3 and have yet to notice these huge framerate dips... and I've been playing online co-op.
