Anything can happen, the game isn't coming out till 2014 so they have time to bring it over to the Wii U as well as the PS4 and Xbone. I doubt it will, but if it does then i'll be ecstatic. Nintendo has to see the plethora of games not coming out to the Wii U and think "We got to fix this" or at least I hope so, because despite what some fanboys want to think, Nintendo can't thrive purely on their own titles, they need third party support. And hell if you're this des...
I feel like Microsoft right now is that kid who has a nightmare about going to high school with no pants on. Except high school is E3 in this example.
Shulk (Xenoblade)
Paluetena (Kid Icarus)
Lucina (Fire Emblem)
Waluigi (WAAAAAAH)
King K Rool (You know)
Bayonetta (<--------)
And on a side note: For the love of god Sakurai, NO CLONE OR VARIATION CHARACTERS! If Gannondorf is a Captain Falcon clone again heads are gonna roll (not really) and people really need to stop asking for Paper Mario or Yarn Kirby, they're already in the game! Let some new blood in! Rant over...
They need to super glue more vents ASAP.
Everyone who is saying this will be another Red Ring of Death are delusional, it'll be a blue light this time. That way you'll be more calm as you send in your Xbone for the fifth time.
This E3 is going to be exciting. Because in my opinion, this may be the most important E3 ever. All of the big three have a lot to prove. Microsoft and Sony have to convince people why they should choose either or for next gen and Nintendo needs to prove that the first few months of the Wii U were just a fumble. I'm pretty excited for Sony's conference, even though I probably won't get a PS4 for a while i'm curious what they'll show and of course i'm anxious to see wha...
I'm kind of repeating myself now, but besides trailers and new info on games like Smash Bros, Bayonetta 2 & Xenoblade 2, what I want is first and third party reveals, big ones too. Let me see what Retro is working on, what other big third party reveals does Nintendo have? Is Atlus, like Platinum, working on more than one game for the Wii U? It's possible, and if it is I want to know. Also, big improvements to the online & Miiverse. Cross game chat, linked accounts, the OS take...
Thank you Nintendo, that's step one. Having multiple bundles only confuses people or makes the people who buy the cheapest version feel like they're buying an inferior product. Now all you need to do is take the 350 dollars bundle, get rid of all the useless stuff like the console stand, cut the price to 270 or 280, maybe have a download code for Nintendo Land, drop the price the same day as the new 3D Mario or Mario Kart and do it the week of or week before the other two consoles com...
"3D Mario in general just doesn't sell well"
Super Mario 64: 11 Million Copies Sold
Super Mario Sunshine: 5 Million Copies Sold
Super Mario Galaxy: 10 Million Copies Sold
Super Mario Galaxy 2: 7 Million Copies Sold
"3D Mario in general just doesn't sell well"
11 million, 5 million, 10 million, 7 million
"Doesn't sell well"
Either you're trolling or you reall...
Some people (myself included) are worried that all Nintendo will do is show Mario, Mario Kart, Smash Bros, Zelda & Pikmin and call it a day. If that were the case I, like everyone else, would be pretty disappointed. But remember how we were before the January & April Nintendo Directs? We were all preparing for disappointment because when it comes to Nintendo and hype lately we've all been disappointed (E3 2011 & 2012, launch of 3DS & Wii U) but we were wrong, both Directs ...
@LOGICWINS
Exactly, I don't think anyone wants Shenmue 3 ro be an exclusive, okay maybe a few who really want either the PS4 or Wii U to get the "gaems" all to themselves, but for the most part no one wants it to be exclusive, but if it's to be made it has to be. Sega won't fund it, they sure as hell won't let fans fund it, so the only option is Sony or Nintendo. And while I know N4G is a pretty pro Sony site and people would love if Shenmue 3 was PS...
0/10 You need to try harder next time.
Okay, so in case some people may not know, Shenmue is my favorite of all time. I've played 1 & 2 multiple times and eat up anything Shenmue fandom. That being said I usually scoff off every Shenmue 3 rumor since I pretty much convinced myself it would never happen, and still do. But, if it were to happen, here are some ground rules.
1) It has to be an exclusive: Sega won't fund the game, they won't let fans crowd fund the game, the only way Shenmue 3 will be m...
Is "deal with it" the new hip buzzword people like to use with video games? Like how last year the big buzzword was "entitled"...
And once again developers cut content from the Wii U version then cry when it doesn't sell well. This should be obvious, but it still needs to be said; if you give people and inferior product, don't expect them to buy it.
More of a wishlist than anything but here it goes:
Star Fox Wii U (I don't care if it's Retro, Treasure or Platinum I NEED MY STAR FOX)
More exclusive games from Sega (yes they publishing more than the three Sonic games. Plus Sega said in a investor's meeting they have seven new games for the Wii U in the fiscal year)
Possibly another Atlus game (Think about it, the only time Nintendo has had a crossover game with a third party se...
You're right! This clown is the same guy who made Deus Ex, quite possibly one of the greatest games ever made, what does he know? *Rolls eyes*
What I want to see:
- Show off all previously announced first party games. All I need from them are trailers and release dates
- Show off unannounced first and third party games
- Show off at least one new third part exclusive that'll cause a bigger shitstorm than Bayonetta
- Highlight indie titles. Nintendo has been doing a great job getting indie devs on board. Now just do the opposite of Microsoft and like Sony let indie devs shine
- Re...
@Mika Do you arms hurt from grasping at those straws?
Kind of off topic, but i'll bite. As of right now, what with Retro hiring devs left and right and getting a new building, there's three possible scenarios of what Retro is doing.
Scenario A:
They're working on one massive Wii U project
Scenario B:
Retro is working on a new in house engine as well as their Wii U game
Scenario C:
Retro is working on two Wii U titles
Now to be honest, out of t...
