Microsoft games division apparently still has ineffective leadership, because they keep pointing the gun at their own feet and pulling the trigger. They never learn. Aaron Greenberg is a complete joke.
Aaron Greenberg should be fired.
Don't forget Layla Kayleigh and Andy Allo. Both stunners.
I also used to enjoy it when Carrie Keagan would make an appearance. Yowsers.
It's pretty apparent now that Microsoft really doesn't care about pushing hardware, which is very strange because they obviously spent a lot in research and development to deliver two next gen consoles, if the rumors about Lockhart hold true. Microsoft is all about services...gamepass ultimate, xcloud, etc., and this is further demonstrated by them dropping the numbered sequels for games like Fable, Forza Motorsport, and coming right out and saying that Halo Infinite is following the ...

More talk.....great. All smoke, no fire. Microsoft swings and misses yet again.
I saw someone make a joke that after the Microsoft "gameplay reveal" showcase, Sony increased the price of the ps5 by 100 dollars.
I laughed, but then I started to cry.
What a disaster.
At this point I'm thinking catching the covid might be preferable to watching another Microsoft "gameplay reveal" event.........
Sony is depending on the market to provide a solution, as they're not producing their own expansion storage, not at this point anyway. Not sure how that's going to work out timing wise, but we'll see.
@abizzel1
You buy it, then I'll give you 20 bucks for it, lol.
@lore
You drunk son?
Gameplay?
@dnbskillz
I really don't think Sony will "get their big guns out" this year, as the games some of their major studios are working on for ps5 won't be getting a launch date until 2023 at the earliest. Sony is focusing on 2020 and 2021 titles....I would love to see the next God of War, or what Naughty Dog or Sucker punch is working on for ps5 now that TLOU II and GoT are launched and successful, but I doubt it. Plus both those studios will probably still devote a s...
Yeah, I don't understand what Microsoft is doing. They were messaging so well with the hardware, but they still can't get the software reveals right. Very little gameplay shown, Halo looks current gen, with pop in no less, and while gamepass is fantastic it looks like those with a series x will be playing plenty of old titles and 3rd party games because so many 1st parties look like they'll struggle to even make 2021....I would have bet Forza would make release, but it's not...
@agen00revan
You could say that about a lot of games at that showcase, unfortunately. I was shocked to see "early in development" pop on screen for Forza Motorsport. Microsoft flubbed another one. I was sure I was buying both a ps5 and series x this holiday....I'm pretty sure I still will, but only because I skipped xbox one this gen so gamepass should cover me with stuff to play, but as far as new titles go it's looking pretty bleak, apparently even a good while...
Disappointing showcase overall....I was really hoping to be wowed, and there was not much there at all. I like the diversity of games, but the Halo gameplay underwhelmed completely, Forza, which I assumed would be there at launch or thereabouts is "early in development"?????, and while there were several titles I'm interested in, there was not a single stunner in the bunch. Still no Hellblade gameplay, and the fact that it's utilizing Unreal Engine 5 is awesome, but that en...
@crazycoconuts
No, what DF has to do is tell it like it is to maintain integrity and trust in the community. And they always have done that, to this point. No use calling a filthy pig a beautiful swan when everybody with eyes can see the pig is covered in it's own filth.
