maybe half life or left 4 dead friend. TF2 is cpu focused so if the cpu aint up to snuff 4850 or not the game will lag like nobody's business. food for thought is all.

it is a shame they are making basically the same game over and over, but hey I need something for me and my 5 year old son to play together and nothing is better than the lego games. On the pc of course. My ps3 is good for what it is but wouldn't play a valve game on it if I didn't have to. And I don't cuz I have a pc. I'm not saying everything valve says is right but Please, Please for your sake and other stop this thinking that a dev needs the ps3 fanbase to be successful. Truth be told Valve doesn't even need the 360 revenue. That money is only used for pizza and chicken wings. There bread and butter has always been pc.

I've been very open on gpu's but when it comes to cpu's I pretty much go AMD all the time.
My current 965 black edition was had for under 200 bucks running stock @ 3.4ghz.

one of the few console shooters that really sucked me in was socom back on the ps2. A community just as rabid as halo's minus all the flare and hooplah. Glad to see it's back in the hands of zipper too.
I'm still holding out for Nvidia's Fermi gpu's to release but even still my 9800gt has this game looking better than the console versions. Once I get a gpu that can give my 965 black edition and my 8 gigs of ram a run for their money this game will really shine on my rig :D
well it seems they can't even bother to pay the devs which would explain why IW seemed to slack when it came to patching the game.... I seriously doubt I'd do my job either if I wasn't getting paid and I love what I do, but just like me those guys probably got families they have to provide for.
while I do like using GFWL to keep in contact with some of my buddies who game on the 360. Games On Demand pales in comparison to any other digital service i.e Steam, Impulse, and D2D
I have only 1 game from games on demand - Batman AA for 13 bucks
while on the other hand I have 72 steam games......

My comment wasn't aimed at you, it was more of a addition to your comment. Many mac users may have a gpu that can technically handle tf2 but may not have a cpu that can do so. that was the message I was trying to convey friend.
