So it seems "the rat" has been behind the scenes longer than I anticipated. Regardless of how much money he's making. He's not making any friends with me or a lot of the devs and that's what matters to me most.

oh how the tables have turned. the wife and I went to the target today 0 ps3's in stock but they had 10 wii's in stock and the guy said they had about 6 more in the back. almost bought 1 too.....but I'm saving up for a new TV.

I agree with seedster here. Instead of trying to get some type of compensation from blockbuster (which is what he was trying to do) he's buying a 4 year old a Mature rated game. That's like me letting my 5 year old play god of war because he thinks the case is cool????

god of war 2 should have been a ps3 launch title instead of a ps2 title imo. the game should have sold more, but I also think GOW III has sold not only because it's a great game but because outside of moutain dew themed sodas and 7-11 promo's the game was marketed superbly by Sony.

halo 2 more specifically the multilayer was supposed to be in combat evolved. something that has bothered bungie for some time and something I think contributed to their desire to go back independent.

I remember as a kid 3D was all the rage back in the 80's for about 2 weeks and it's just now picking up steam again in 2010? 3D glasses for 200 bucks per or so for a 4 to 5 member household on top of a 2k+ plus TV; on top of the fact that it would most certainly be a hindrance for my daughter and I both who already wear glasses.
