elysium didn't invent the exo-suit so no they didn't. that concept of light piston powered exo-suit has been around for the last 5 years.
it does look like a metal gear solid route. it actually looks to me like the us army ARE paid military contractors. if those speed bikes can transform into a mech suit, i'll be buzzing.
its more commonly america because their defence budget is ten times that of the rest of the world. i agree with you that i'm sick of seeing the independence day-alien invasion formula used in modern society but the entire modern warfare series was centered around the sas, which i loved. there will some other nationalities in here somewhere i hope but i am very happy with that trailer.
It looks astounding, i've never been more excited by a game trailer, the graphics were superb, spacey looks and sounds fantastic even the writing sounded above par for the series. (i've loved every cod and hated ghosts) so it's good to have the same feelings about the series again yaaaaaaaaay!

I Don't think that there will be an announcement. If anything, they would have shown the teaser trailer this e3 if they didn't show it late last year. Late last year, they didn't need to show the trailer and i think, by doing so, they have lost their opportunity for a proper e3 show. They probably don't have any gameplay they can show and they are kicking themselves for not saving the teaser for june.

I think they hould have had a big budget 3rd party open world game like GTA or watch_dogs ready for launch.

releasing indies isn't exactly stopping the aaa games getting released. The more realistic answer would be that we have more games thanks to the indie releases.
One problem i would have would be that there are too many indies getting given away for free.

I've never been interested much, I didn't even play borderlands 2 because the first one took it out of me.
In fact, to me first person shooters in general are boring me lately, I'm saying this after trading in killzone: shadow fall and Titanfall in on the same day.

I don't blame the resolution for thief being a pain, i blame the devs.
This game has had one of the longest development cycles so i doubt there will be any problems, i'm having a hard time thinking that it will have bugs.
The Q&A is 15 minutes long, how is resolution and FPS in the title?? it isn't even that important,
so single player campaign and open world co-op elements that don't involve the story? Still good to me, i can't play a story with friends as I'm the only one that likes watching to the custcenes.
