I can see how people complaining abut this topic can be mistaken for 'Semi-Frightened' behavior. The graphics on watch_dogs are fantastic, they are better than infamous: second son (I know and have the right to say so because i own both games.)
Graphics doesn't just mean what you see otherwise infamous would win because the city isn't dense and the map is only half the size.

After playing both, It's just no contest. GTA has a wide range of fans but it just isn't better looking than Watch_Dogs.
I got Watch_Dogs on Friday last week and the entire city is alive, the pedestrians have their own unique AI and their own dialogue to match.
