Wow! the comments here make me want to give all the "fanboy" gamers here a serious gamers history lesson! here's a little intro of my personal "gaming" experience.

I like what he said in the first video how the "engine" was the expensive, time consuming part of development! Now qd has it built, guerrilla has kz2's built etc.. more great games on the way on ps3!
Also when he said we'd be "surprised" about what is in store next from QD! And when asked will they be out in a "couple years" he INSTANLTLY said "maybe not!"
Also just to speculate on the comments about "not possible on xbox360"

The majority on this site that dissed this interview, probably would've been "STUCK ON STUPID" If they had to interview people like jaffe every week and pull of A solid session like this one! 10 million sold is good for gaming! period! Yeah, sony's games are wickedly good, and true the advertising is lackluster. But people have to visualize the consumers of the 360 and ps3! Can anyone argue about the age difference in consumers! I was in the killzone forum yesterday and saw a thread on ages of players, god, everyone was at least 21! tons 0f 40's. hell! i'm 43! When the game ends, just before you go through the door this is what I did! I inched oot very slowly until my sights were able to see my partner. Then I lobbed some grenades and shot a few clips, after a while a helgast form the next level appeared and I killed him! Am I the only one to get a extra kill!?

also! I'm guessing some updates do legitimately negatively affect some ps3's, but, also i think it mainly is user error. To illustrate, I've heard and read of people getting frustrated by a slow download and try to restart it when it is just configuring itself before the download.
this will corrupt the hdd.
I've also heard of way too many people who turn the console off using the rear switch. sooo.. bad!!!

Xbox 360. I have had my 60g ps3 since launch, because I knew I could not move with 2 consoles (my job gives me the opportunity to take positions wherever I want to go) I went with the one that would give me mgs4 and gt and gow.
but I have been wringing my hands together and drooling for too long to play the ms exclusives! The sony games have been way plenty and very fulfilling (wipeout hd is gaming paradise!)but it's time to get a falcon!

you are right about the jumping and lane switching.. they can be a little frustrating:( I also love the most intense "hardcore" games, but i digress about your statement that we might not like this game. I have a 6 year old boy who I play co-op with and what a freakin blast it is to play a game together that is simple enough 4 him and a challenge 4 me also! Also I have to sneak to play alone. what a blast to play some of the more thought out levels!

I have a launch 60g ps3, and own and rent and buy ps1 games, ps2 games, ps3 games, and dvd's and blu rays. I install every game. have an awesome music library on hdd, movies on hdd, pictures of all my family's international vacations(4 since getting ps3) on hdd, stream everything on my pc to ps3, access my ps3 on wifi on my psp, plus I have never installed a larger hdd yet!( I will soon!)I love "Home" to get my psn friends connected to my online gaming!(.read my recent post about &q...

I haven't read much about the tech that goes into the "forza" games but I do know alot about the "gt" games and I really am skeptical about the forza team going the lengths of polyphony digital! Example.. To recreate the tracks in GT polyphony has a helicopter equipped with a laser imaging device on the underside that scans the entire track, that's why in the game one can feel every dip, bump gradient etc.. can someone tell me if forza creators do things like this?
