Good article.. Raids especially can be emotionally draining. Thinking you are letting 5 other people down is a lot of stress, even if it isn't true.
Title is misleading.. you can't get access to the Spire unless you win a match unless I am missing something in the article.

I don't think it can, what they did with Cortana isn't fixable.
Destiny 1 surpassed Halo in my opinion. Vault of Glass was better than anything Bungie did in any Halo game.
I already have around 65 hours into the game and it has just been around 10 days haha.. And I still haven't beaten the Raid or even started Trials.
Depends on if you like to have fun playing video games or not.
To me Destiny looks way better in those two pictures. BF has 1 light source and zero particle effects on screen. Destiny has so much going on.

And it does. The worlds are all entirely new. The cabal enemy has been completely redesigned from the looks to the AI. The strikes are all brand new. The pvp maps are all new. The campaign is all new. The raid is brand new. The gear is mostly all new with some fan favorites returning which I see as a plus. They reworked the Public Event system to make it much more fun wit...
As long as you rate all sequels with that same logic it is fine. Although I think you will find that every sequel heavily shares from its predecessors. A sequel isn't meant to be a new type of game but a continuation of that gameplay and story.

It is a remake yes, but they made a lot of changes supposedly. If you read the reviews they all talk about it. Not just changes to the story but also the gameplay etc.
Wish I could play it but I only have a Switch that I guess Nintendo wont' support.
You have to remember that although Vanilla Destiny had some issues, the Taken King and Wrath of the Machine were rated extremely high and Destiny was a well polished Machine at that point. And it isn't just about 1 change, it is about every single thing in the game being better. A game as I pointed out was already very polished at that stage to begin with.
Cliff as a person has nothing to do with me not being interested in Lawbreakers. The game just doesn't appeal to me.

It really is such an achievement in gameplay. Destiny 1 already had awesome gameplay but they raised their own bar to new heights. All praise the bungie gods of gunplay

My guess would be that they were targetting 60fps for launch and will add performance patches when they have time. Deadlines often mean you have to focus on priorities. I am sure they will patch it very soon though.
