Very serious, sadly. Was kind of getting excited but I should have known better. Very disappointed. Still want Zelda even though the graphics look very outdated but not sure I will buy a system just for 1 game.

Great article. I am making a VR game right now. But I think it will be free haha. Not because it is terrible quality, I think it is very fun but it is more of a demo than a full game. I hope one day to have enough time to complete a full game, that is more than just a leaderboard type of experience.
I don't see why giving consumers options is a bad thing. If the consumer doesn't like it, don't buy it.
Less network bugs. Overall Destiny was so awesome, but the network bugs especially in Raids could get a little bit frustrating.
Maybe it is just a down year. It happens. Or maybe Sea of Thieves, Crackdown, Halo Wars, State of Decay and Cuphead are great games. Who knows. Personally Destiny 2 is the game I am most hyped for this year and PC and Scorpio will most likely offer the best experience for that game.
I don't think it says anything about their priorities. I think it simply means they evaluated Scalebound and realized that it was nowhere close to ready and that there were not enough signs of progress to think it ever would be. Xbox is a brand for Microsoft gaming. On Consoles, on Windows 10 PC's.
Not sure if you have ever played State of Decay, but it is a very different type of game to Dead Rising. Dead Rising is an action adventure silly Zombie killing game, State of Decay is more of an rpg type of game based on the idea of the zombie apocalypse.
Translation: MS gave us a lot of money and we failed to create a game. We were super excited to try to milk MS for another 4 years without delivering a product.
I hope they add a VR mode to the PC version of the game. I would love to live the Pirate Life virtually.

I do hope they will bring the Xbox Interface to PC. Implement it like Steam Big Picture mode. Scorpio sounds nice and all but there is no way it will match my PC's performance, I just want a better interface for gaming and entertainment on the couch using my Windows 10 box.
You are right it is a PR disaster which is why it is silly to think MS wanted to do this. Obviously the game was not in good shape. They are taking a hit on this, it isn't something they are doing to be the bad guy. Not all games turn out good or are worth releasing. There are lawsuits out there to get refunds on terrible games that were hyped and sold when they weren't in sellable shape.
Personally getting them all on PC. But for Xbox One owners who aren't PC gamers it is still relevant.
