That's a First-person WRPG.
People want JRPGs.
Despite some technical flaws, R3 looks a lot better than the first two games, design wise.
All I have to say though, is stay away from 3D.
@gamingdroid
Dude, you're in nearly all Sony related article with the same negative attitude towards their products.
If you don't like it, why don't you just stay away.

I think gaming handhelds have the best controls for portable gaming.
Touch-only controls or crappy keypads can't compare.
As a gamer, that's what I care about.
For the people that have been ...
I like it, but not as much as the map. There's something about the map in GT games that I liked :P
Which is good. That's how you support a game! :)
That DLC may have some pretty good stuff.
Hmmm...
"Cramming console games" is not the only thing handhelds can do nowadays. It's STILL very much about portability(obviously), multiplayer and pick up-and-play experiences.
Think about the GameBoy and games like Mario Land and Metroid II. Were they not console-like games? It's always been like that.
There are still several original portable games that can't be replicated on consoles.
For example, the dual screen+touch on the DS and the mult...
No, YOU have less memory.
Just kidding.
It looks the same. One is off-screen, the other is direct feed.
Not sure if you're being serious or just trying to be funny...
Really?
MGS3 is 7 years old.
That puts it right in the redone/remake/re-release category.
Wasn't Invizimals a PSP game?
You may be right.
Well said.
Quote from the article:
- "It's no secret that 3DS is not expensive to build. It's not like the PS3 where Sony launched it at $600 and was still losing money. Some analysts have put the production cost of the 3DS at about $100 per unit"
It's true. PS3 owners got a better deal with the PS3.
Didn't want to post that, but since you brought it up, I had to mention it.
Nintendo needs that price drop. Aside from the minor improvement in graphics, the 3D effect is not enough for a lot of people. It'd pretty cool if the 3DS was launched with several good original games instead of resorting to remakes/re-releases. Maybe with a price drop I'll give buy a 3DS some more thought. GAMES!
True.... but then again, fighting/combat is a BIG part of both DBZ and Naruto.
No to MMORPG. Yes to RPG + fighting. A "VS Mode" is still a must.
I wouldn't say they all suck.
NarutoUNS2(and 1) were great(and good).
Not too sure about the latest DBZ games though.
PS2 DBZ games (Budokai/Tenkaichi) were a blast for the most part.
LOL well put.
Yeah, watching it like this feels kinda cheap.

On another note. Is this article a dupe?

There's footage of that Silent Hill game along with screens for Street Fighter X Tekken and that Hideo Kojima game.
Aside from that, there are several other third-party games announced, but no screens yet.
Besides, it's still a bit early. I'm sure we'll see more stuff at GamesCon and/or TGS.
When it comes to games.
Maybe the 3DS being released almost 1 year ahead of the PSV will work in its favor as it's had more time to get some MORE original GAMES, which is currently lacking.
Motion + multitouch screen/pad + dual analog sticks are more useful for gaming than a 3D slider. I think that's why a lot of people aren't very convinced on "upgrading" to a 3DS yet. The small jump in graphics isn't enough.
