Consoles are a lousy way to make money period. The margins on hardware sale are pathetic compared to something like an iPhone where the device just gushes profits. In the end, the PS4 can not save Sony and the Xbox can not sink Microsoft so no matter what these companies end up where they started.
I wouldn't mind a good exclusive RPG that can rival the likes of Bioware and Bethesda. The fact that Sony haven't attempt such a thing is mind boggling considering the main stream appeal of the genre these days.

Re-reviewing only happens with MMO. Should Drive Club be re-reviewed then it should be a treated as such. In which case it would then be bashed to bits for it's astounding lack of features in the MMO space.
This is obviously the PC being played with a Xbox controller. He mentioned that his Steam account showed 500 hours spent on this game.
I'm sorry but three banks of hotkey sidebar is unusable. There are a few keyboards with thumb hotkeys and I prefer those over these absurd hotkeys on the left.
Usually 60 FPS is just nice to have. But this game is a MMO where 30 FPS at "normal" can quickly turn into a slide show during a huge battle.
This isn't a big deal to anyone except for fanboys. Chances are if you already own a PS4 then there's little to no reason for you to care about this. Unless this version can do 1080p 60 FPS in all games then I don't give a damn one way or another. I play games, not collected consoles.

Nothing wrong with what the OP said and he's probably right. This game could be heading to down grade territory. On the PC at least this isn't an issue. Project Red have a proven record of supporting their games well after release.

How is this a different game? Defiance is a free to play MMO FPS and it's similar in structure as Destiny. But the difference is it doesn't try to lie you and pretend it's not a MMO.
Destiny is a MMO, a FAILED MMO. It's as if Bungie attempted a MMO game, failed, and the abortion that resulted is Destiny.

The weath of content in this game astounding. There's just so much to do, see and explore.
They're going to monetize the hell out of this game. I hate this free to play garbage, give us a proper MMO. It wouldn't be a proper survivor game if I'm constantly getting prompt for a sale on the Station Store for can foods and matches.
