That's when you remind them that resolution is important. Except you can't, because the PS4P resolution is upscaled , just like Xbox.
PC upscale is like kissing your mom on the lips then slipping her some tongue. It's an abomination. The PC is all about native resolution and 60 FPS.
You know what would change gameplay? 60 FPS.
Sony will soon decide to go 100% digital. I'm sure the fanboys will rise up and agree.
Mods provide you with tons of user made game changing free content. Some games, like the upcoming XCom 2 is virtually lifeless without mods. To reject mods is to condemn yourself to being a DLC slave. So the next time that you complain about a DLC or the value that they provide. Remember to spread your cheeks and think about how you ask this.
Yeah they care about DLCs and remastered. Thats why Playstation is the place to play.
Netflix streaming is still very popular on the console because the vast majority of people out there have pre 2010 TVs with either shit apps, or zero smart TV functionality. This makes console streaming very attractive.
The problem with this logic is in regards to the PS Pro is that anyone with a 4K TV from 2014 onward with have amazing streaming app built right into their TV, all with 4K streaming capabilities. Smart TVs are so good now a days that streaming devices like R...
Why would it be an exclusive? Microsoft didn't pay them to make a game for Windows 10. PC games are just games, the concept of "exclusive" is a console fanboy term.
That would actually require work. Remastered isn't about work or love of the material. It's about a cash grab before the new hotness hit the market.
LOL on ancient last gen remastered. That counts now? Whats, next indies like Rocket Leauge? I guess that makes the Xbox One a 1080p console too right?
This generation definitely sucks. Underpowered hardware, questionable online gaming fees, and a glut of remastered garbage.
By keeping the cost down they're setting themselves up for a specs smack down by Scorpio. Is there going to be a Neo Pro in 2017? If there is, how will the Sony user base react to the annual upgrade cycle?
My guess is they will love it, just like how Xbox fans are hailing the Scorpio as the savior. Anual console upgrade cycles is real it seems.
EA confirmed that the new Mass Effect game will be 30 fps on both the PS4 and the Pro. There isn't anyone out there stepping out and planting that 60 FPS flag on their product with the PS Pro. So far you're either getting scaling garbage or "better graphics" with 30 FPS.
I'm still waiting on that Dark Souls 3 and Bloodbore 60 FPS announcement that will finally make the Pro worth while.
WTF does optimized mean. Will they run at 60 FPS or not??
HAHAHAHAHAHA.
They explained nothing. Look up and down the comments section. There are multiple questions are regarding performance in AAA games. What Sony actually said is what the Pro *may* offer, not what it can actually do.
The 1080 GTX is a god-like beast and 4K gaming is massively over rated. Whats not over rated is gaming at 2K in max settings that can easily cruise past 60 FPS. Speaking of which, the PS4 Pro can't even do 1080p 60 FPS.
Mass effect Andromeda, a game shown at Sony's PS Pro press conference was confirmed by EA to only run at 30 FPS on both the PS4 and the PS4 Pro. The power simply isn't there to run at Pro mode in 1080p at 60 FPS.
So PS Pro game...
Because I'm not a Xbox fanboy and have never owned a Xbox? Shocking!
"You will not be able to play games in any resolution higher than 1080p. But games will be able to super sample and deliver a cleaner image"
Crap like this is why Sony did such a piss poor job at their press conference. They failed to point out a clear difference in image quality between the PS4 Peasant and the PS4 Pro. I have zero interest in a 4k super sample image at 1080p, that is a huge disappointment. I don't think that is what the PS Pro actually offer...
We're not expecting too much. We're expecting the same amazing value proposition that Sony delivered with the PS3. A powerful console that does it all, a true king of the living room.
But that was back then, when Sony was a company with ambitions and deep pockets. This new Sony is just mere shadow of a company it once was.
