Very true. With Gears, there's a very small chance you can say "I heard that before". The gears universe is a lot bigger than what they showed in the games based off of what they say in the game.
So far this seems like a really cool idea. Some of the more intense multiplayer achievements shouldn't unlock anything substantial, but it's a good way to recognize people who played Gears 1.
Who honestly is surprised by this? The first one sold well. Of course there will be another one. But this being N4G, it'll get something like 300 comments of nothing but Sony Fans giving each other verbal hand jobs.

They did the Halo spoof for 360 gamers and now the exclusivity spoof for PS3 gamers. Not sure how these keep getting approved though.
Well, I'm glad to see that the money spent on Live results in a better product. I hope that PSN raises the competition so that MS will lower its price for Live.
It was a good idea, but he mostly listed old games. It seems obvious to me that older games would have lower requirements. I would've preferred if he found some more recent low end games. That would have been very useful information. Now it's really meh.
I can't believe people are defending Sony for refusing to fund developers. Making video games costs money. Every game Sony has ever had they had to pay for, just like Microsoft and Nintendo. No game is produced out of "loyalty". If Sony is too cheap to pay for its products, then it really is an unfortunate day for PS3 owners.
To be fair, Shivering Isles was an expansion pack. Those usually take a lot of time to get out there. Besides, what PC game doesn't get expansion packs these days? There'll be a Shivering Isles experience, just after the Knights of the Nine equivalent.
I don't think it's fair to assume he'll have a computer that can run it. Gaming PC's aren't cheap, especially when compared to non-gaming pc's.
Also, game pirates are scum. If a game is good you should support it.

Good find! I was struggling with some of the more complex attacks. I was in desperate need of a manual.
It doesn't change the fact that saying that the 360 has nothing is a load of crap. Quite frankly, I don't give a damn if you buy a 360 or not. But you're being idiotic if you say there's nothing on the 360 coming out.
