Valkyria Chronicles is coming out in Spring 09, not Fall 08. My point remains the same no matter how you spin it. The 360 has more exclusive content coming out sooner than the PS3.
It's true that downloads don't always equal sales, but it is never a bad thing to be the most popular demo on Live ever.
A mountain of PS exclusives this fall, Morgan? I count five- Resistance 2, Little Big Planet, MotorStorm 2, SOCOM and the much anticipated Buzz Quiz TV. And the 360 has Fable 2, Infinite Undiscovery, Viva Pinata 2, Gears of War 2, Too Human, Banjo Kazooie 3, Tales of Vesperia, Left 4 Dead, the GTA 4 DLC and time exclusives of Rock Band 2 and Last Remnant.
By my count, Sony is outnumbered 10 to 5 (counting time exclusives as a half game).

I don't think it will be like Haze. Haze was universally crappy. It sold poorly (only 350k copies sold worldwide) and was reviewed poorly. Only delusional internet fanboys liked it.
Of course they are interested. Who wouldn't want to get paid millions of dollars for doing what they normally do? Funding would stop being an issue for Valve and maybe they could keep a deadline.

Agreed. Also the backwards compatibility between the PS3 and PS2 is almost nil (which baffles me). How does Sony expect to get people to upgrade when the new technology won't play any of their old software (PS1 excluded)?

The 360 sold more than the PS3 this week because more people wanted to buy the 360 this week than the PS3. The Wii sold more than the 360 because more people wanted a Wii than a 360.

You are absolutely right. Whenever Too Human is mentioned, a whole bunch of people start talking about how it will inevitably be garbage, and vastly inferior to the wide range of games coming to the PS3. Makes me wonder if they actually played it, or just take a criticism they read of it as fact.
I, for one, think that Too Human is going to be awesome. Vikings and machine guns, what could be better?
My concern is that this is the red flag for Soul Calibur. Depending on reviewers, this could be a legitimate game or it could be Dead or Alive with swords.
