The list of someone who likes Dynasty Warriors and Pure Chess.
Believe it or not, both games have fans.
You don't like chess? Good for you.
Stop pretending that your preference in games is the centre of the universe. I wrote the list and I have spent more time on pure chess than LBP, because I like chess.
It astounds me that every time a list gets published a bunch of people jump on a defensive tantrum because it doesn't include their pet favourite game, not everyone shares your taste in games FFS
I actually enjoyed this game. Yes it's not the best game ever but it's pretty good, relaxing fun.
I couldn't agree more with this. It's time that we started focusing more on features and what a console can do than the graphics it can produce.
The PS4 and Nextbox are both going to be massive leaps forward. Just not in terms of graphics.
No.
The rest of the world please note. There are some intelligent people in Australia and we are as a collective facepalming right now.
To be fair I would love to stay overnight in a Nintendo-themed Love Hotel.
"What has Nintendo become?"
A company that makes consoles and games.
Kinda like what it has been doing for the last 30 or so years.
Yep. Get into this game and it leaves Nippon Ichi's Disgaea series for dead in terms of raw, sheer length.
The developers are working on a PSVita port of Rainbow Moon, so that's possible.
eastasiasoft is also a publisher of iPhone and iPad games, so I wouldn't be surprised to see an iPad port at some stage either.
I don't think it's important. Sony wanted people to focus on what the console can do, not the console itself.
Sorry about the broken link. It's fixed now. :)
I'm the one that wrote that article. You do realise that this was my own personal memories with the PlayStation consoles, right? The DVD playback bit, which you mentioned in the comment above, didn't mean much to me because I had a high-end DVD player back then.
I encouraged people to comment on the story to leave their own personal Playstation Memories because, well, that was the whole point - getting people to talk about what about the PlayStation mattered to them. ...
I'm the one that wrote the review - thank you very much for the kind words! Glad to hear you're enjoying the game as well :-)
This is a broader discussion than a news piece. It's more looking at whether the marketing campaign by Sony is a good strategy or not.
If it was outsourced to an Ad agency, Sony marketing would still have final sign-off on any campaign.
Uh, no they didn't.
In a hypothetical, if one of the big three were to drop out of the hardware race, a new entrant would almost certainly emerge.
It's been proven that the market can handle three big consoles, and there are no indications that the situation could change. Samsung or Apple would both, no doubt, love to make a proper hardware play.
That statement - which has been repeated many times in recent years without context - is hyperbolic.
If Iwata really would ruin thousands of lives (employees of Nintendo and shareholders) across the world, rather than change Nintendo's business direction should the market necessitate it, then Iwata is a very, very bad man.
It's also worth noting that Nintendo's board and shareholders would sack Iwata and put a more openminded president in who WOUL...
Good. I liked Aveline in the Vita game.
